I am so happy with our experience at this dental office. From the moment we walked in, I loved the place. It is beautiful, spacious, modern, simple, and extremely clean. Everything looks new, well cared for, and very comfortable. The receptionist was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. She made us feel welcome from the very beginning. But what really made this experience so special was the way the dental assistant and the doctor treated my son. This was his first dental experience, and as a mom, I honestly came in expecting it to be very difficult because he does not like anyone working around or touching his mouth. I was prepared for the experience to be stressful, but it turned out to be completely the opposite. The dental assistant was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient, gentle, and caring with him. She took her time, tried again when he felt uncomfortable, talked to him, played with him, and did everything she could to make him feel safe. Even though she does not speak Spanish, she made every effort to communicate with us and not let the language barrier become an obstacle during the visit. At the end, she even found a little ball for him to play with and keep him entertained while the doctor saw him. Those little details made such a big difference. The doctor was also incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with him. She speaks a little Spanish and also made an effort to communicate with us and, most importantly, to make my son feel comfortable and well cared for. My son cried at some moments, but he was able to calm down and, most importantly, he trusted them enough to let them examine him. As a mom, that meant so much to me. The patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care they both showed made all the difference. I left feeling very happy and grateful. I came in with a negative expectation, thinking that this first dental visit might be horrible, and it turned out to be a completely wonderful experience. They created an environment of trust and safety for my son, and I believe that is so important when working with children. I highly recommend this dental office 100%. As a mom, I truly appreciate the way they welcomed, treated, and cared for my son. Thank you for making his first dental experience such a positive one!

So friendly, great customer service, understanding and accommodating to families. Doctors and hygienists are good with children and not aggressive with dental care love their approach to denatl and orthodontics.

So grateful they got us in for an emergency visit the day before a holiday weekend. Great facility with kind people. Definitely recommend.

We have been going here for a couple of years now and we love them! They are absolutely great with kids. We drive an hour to this location and it’s worth every minute of the drive. They are very gentle with children who have a fear of dentistry, like my son when we started going. He’s now very comfortable with the stuff and dentists. They’re super professional and the office is very clean!

I absolutely love Happy Harpeth Pediatric Dentistry! Every visit leaves me more impressed than the last. From check-in to the end of each appointment, the entire staff is welcoming, informative, supportive, and incredibly efficient. We are always amazed at how quickly visits are completed without ever feeling rushed. Not only have I experienced exceptional care for my own family, but I’ve also witnessed the kindness and patience the staff shows to other families during our visits. My children are always excited for dental days, which speaks volumes about the positive environment they have created. The team truly goes above and beyond when it comes to oral health and hygiene. All four of my children have received everything they needed in a timely manner, with no long waits or lengthy waiting lists. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are receiving such outstanding care. I am proud to say that we have found our dental home at Happy Harpeth Pediatric Dentistry, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any family looking for compassionate, efficient, and exceptional dental care for their children!

The experience was not good. Greeted with we didnt have an appointment when we did. The kids area wasn't set up in the waiting room, so my kids and i set it up. We waited 1.5 hrs for dentist. Nothing for younger kids to do. It was just weird. Dr doesnt introduce himself, no exam done on my son. Thankful however for their expertise. Definitely won't return. My child needed antibiotics was not given Did not use insurance correctly and was quoted improperly.

This is absolutely an amazing facility. Super clean, very professional staff, and made sure all information was given correctly. My daughter was very well taken care of at the Smyrna, TN location. Dr Ester was super sweet and worked around my daughter’s needs, along with some of the other staff who my daughter loved entertaining.

5 stars all around! These ladies made the experience that much better. My daughter is autistic and diagnosed with cerebral palsy. It was SO VERY important for me to find somewhere that I felt could help us in the way that we needed. They were a no judgement very kid friendly place! Every quality was top tier here! The drs and team are amazing. They stayed well after our appointment time(last appointment) to make sure my son was comfortable and able to get what he needed done. They helped keep my 3yr old calm and engaged while big brother was getting some things done.
