Absolutely disappointed in this place I helped my mother who has dementia schedule an appointment for a consultation it was scheduled July 17 th and couldn’t bee seen until August 5 th they had asked to send a copy of any insurance so we did and was told they accepted it . The appointment was such a long wait at one point we thought we missed it and messaged them and was informed if we missed our consultation it would be a $50 charge . Fast forward a week later I had to take off from work and my mother had to take the entire day day because they are block scheduled and can’t leave early. We arrived today and was asked to fill out this lengthy paperwork when we could have done it the almost month we waited for an appointment. Don’t know why you need a dl # or ss# and other information that’s felt intrusive for a consultation. Only to be told after 5 min of being there filling out their form to be told oh we don’t accept your insurance but you can still get the consultation. Why would we want to do that when you don’t take her insurance especially her being on ssi having dementia and being a senior citizen with no money . I do not recommend this office at all we are both out our wages but if we fails to show up we would be charged $50 extremely poor communication . Don’t bother replying oh we’re sorry too little too late

The experience at this dentist office was exceptional! The procedure was completely painless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch dental care. Five stars!

I can't say enough about machesney dental studio dentistry I have to say they are the best dentist I ever been to and the most pleasant people I've ever had to do dentistry with. I'm very happy and I will be telling everyone that I know about this dentist. You should go nowhere else but machesney dental studio. You will never experience dental work like you do here. My teeth look amazing better than the ones I had. Thank you dental studios for doing a great job on my teeth. This has been the best dentist office I’ve visited since moving to the Rockford land area. Both doctors are amazing and their staff! I also take my two younger children here and they always handle them with care. 10/10 recommend

We have been going here for the past couple of months now and everyone in this office has been wonderful! My kids and I have all had good experiences and felt very comfortable throughout our treatments. The whole staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs and makes you feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!

We have had a good experience with this dentist office! The front desk staff is always quick to check us in, and the hygienists are very gentle and efficient. My kids feel safe here, and have had fillings and cleaning here with no tears.

Fabulous! The reception was quick and easy. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. The office is impeccably clean. Dr Esha explained everything thoroughly, understanding my needs and wants. Allison the assistant was gracious and accommodating. Their pricing is excellent. I don’t think you can find a more friendly accommodating office in the area. HIGHLY recommend.

They do acceptional work. Anything from cleaning to whitening, night guards and im sure more. There friendly staff is well trained and there quick also. Quick to get you in and do there jobs with 100% accuracy. The doctor there is a very good one to. She knows what she's talking about and you can tell she didn't slack off in school. Definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Machesney Dental Studio. The entire team was extremely kind, patient, and very informative about every step of my treatment. They made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish, which really eased my nerves. I had a tooth pulled and received a permanent tooth, and I can honestly say the entire process was completely painless. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or unsure about what was happening. If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, gentle, and truly cares about your comfort, I highly recommend them. Best dental experience I’ve had!
