I have always had a fear of the dentist since being a young child and would like to let you know Whitney helped take away a lot of my anxiety. Whitney was absolutely amazing and appreciate her being kind and non judgmental. Truly goes a long way. Thank you for being you And making your patience feel more at ease. I will be back because of you.

The office is very clean and nice. The Receptionists are very helpful and understanding and kind. The hygienist that I had was very friendly and helpful and understanding. By the end of the appointment we were besties. 🙂 they explained everything that they’re going to do before they do it and it’s all very quick and easy.

Amaya was amazing. I usually need oral numbing gel on my front teeth but she was so gentle I didn't need it. I love how they tell you how long your appointment will be as I don't drive so I was able to tell my husband when to pick me up. The doctor addressed my concerns thoroughly. Beautiful office. Great experience!

I really feel comfortable with my hygienist, Whitney, and my dentist, Dr Samuels. I’ve been with Machesney Park Family Dental for years and I would recommend to anyone. Very clean facility. And always get in and out fairly quickly.

I'm a bit of a chicken when it comes to dentists. Amy (dental hygienist) was amazing! Helped decrease my anxiety, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, very skilled and explains everything so well. I am very sad this is Amy's last week at MPFD. Dr. Samuel was kind, skilled and professional. All the staff there are very nice. I highly recommend MPFD!

I was recommended this place by a friend and they have been amazing so far. Whitney is very knowledgeable and answers my every question with kindness and thorough explanation. As someone who gets very bad anxiety over my dental health, they have worked very hard to make me comfortable where past dental offices have failed. If I'm in any pain, they always make me comfortable. Will continue coming here happily.

I really appreciate the top-level care I receive from Machesney Park Family Dental. The staff is always incredibly kind and welcoming. They do a great job anticipating any discomfort and adjusting accordingly, which makes every visit much easier and more comfortable. I wish I had gone to Machesney Park Family Dental as a kid—I probably wouldn’t have been afraid of going to the dentist if I had. I started going here in December 2025 on the recommendation of a family member. I despise the dentist especially when I know I had not been taking care of my teeth as recommended. Every single staff member has been kind, efficient, and amazing throughout the process of caring for my teeth. It has been an easy process throughout and at every appointment. Highly recommend
