This place has always been so friendly and welcoming! I recently got all four of my wisdom teeth extracted here, and the entire experience was smooth and comfortable. The staff was kind, professional, and made sure I felt well taken care of throughout the process. I really appreciate how attentive and reassuring everyone was. Definitely a great dental office that I would recommend!

I am happy with my experiences at the this LB location. The issue is I only make my appts for the LB location and not the Los Al location, yet somehow I keep getting set up with Los Al appts. I have stressed in person and over the phone I do not want to be at patient at the Los Al location, and have asked them to put a note on my account to not schedule me at the Los Al location. But after it happened again today, I am hoping adding a note here will correct the issue.

Dr Mallak and the staff are really great! They make me feel comfortable and it was easy to work with them on insurance. Everyone is really friendly and nice. I feel they do a great job of explaining the examination results and the treatment recommendations from that. I’m excited to be able to call this my new dentist!

Three visits in and I have nothing but great things to say. Dr. Kamelia was incredibly kind in walking me through my care plan, making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Lisa is absolutely wonderful — her welcoming nature made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in, and she took the time to educate me throughout the entire visit. This team has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient here for 5 years and the service is always consistently great. The staff is so welcoming and personable right from the start. The doctor and hygienist are wonderful—they always explain procedures in detail and go above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable. Highly recommend!

My Family Dentist is the best dental office in LB! They are transparent with their procedures, pricing and provide excellent dental services and care. The receptionists are very cordial, attentive, respectful and professional. It’s the only place where I know I can get the best dental care hands down! Danielle, the oral hygienist, is one of the main reasons why I come here! She’s the best!!!

Discovered this dental office last year. I had to get 3 wisdom teeth removal. I actually was conflicted for a while of whether to have 2 wisdom teeth on my left side removed and do another day/time with my other teeth on right side, or do all 3. Consensus from Family/Friends were to have 2 on both side. So I was dead set on just sticking with 2 and doing the other one on another day. The Dental team initially were trying to say getting all 3 will help with money & better long term, but was still hesitant. However, on the day of my wisdom teeth procedure, Dr. Salib just broke it down to me on each of my single teeth and spoke about my recovery on my left side would be 24 hour quick. He explained on right side having a crooked teeth, still not as a big deal to remove as the way it was positioned, would have no issue, would just need recovery time. Wisdom teeth removal - was fine and seamless. I vividly remember the 1st 5 minutes of them setting up the sedation IV, needle on my arm, and the doctor checking each of my teeth, but in what felt like a minute later, I was biting on the gauze. In my head, it felt like a 5 minute procedure, no memory what happened, but I felt fine. Just followed the instructions, and I genuinely felt no pain post surgery. So overall - rating 5 star. 10 days after post surgery, nearly fully recovered, and am able to eat without much restrictions. Staff and team know what they are doing, so thank all the team, and should genuinely listened to their advice/suggestions when offered.

Just had my regular cleaning at My Family Dentist. I have been coming here for many years now and every time I’m provided with exceptional service. They always work with me and take the time to explain each process. All staff here are wonderful! Five stars!! Thank you.

I had a deeply upsetting experience with this dentist when I was 21 years old. I trusted her professional judgment, and during my visit, she recommended extracting teeth that I later learned may not have required removal. As a young patient, I relied heavily on her expertise and did not feel fully informed about alternative options or the long-term impact of the decision. Looking back, I wish I had been given clearer explanations, second-opinion encouragement, or more conservative treatment recommendations. Dental procedures are permanent, and patients deserve full transparency, thorough evaluation, and clear discussion of risks before healthy teeth are removed. I share this so others feel empowered to ask questions, seek second opinions, and advocate for themselves before agreeing to irreversible procedures. I would strongly encourage anyone considering extractions to consult multiple professionals before moving forward with this establishment.
