I was satisfied after my initial visit and even returned for a cleaning. Dr. Connor and his dental team and very personable and kind. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with the front office staff— I had questions regarding the amount I was charged after receiving a breakdown of charges from my insurance that did not match. I reached out to the office multiple times and was repeatedly told “I’ll look into and get back to you”. I’m still waiting for someone to “call me back in 10 minutes” weeks later.

Had my first appointment at Downtown Dentistry Long Beach today, and I think I've found my new dentist. Dr. Conor Jacobson was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. What impressed me most was how modern the office is. They used 3D scanning, X-rays, and even saliva testing, all without trying to tack on extra charges or upsell unnecessary treatments. Finding a dentist you can trust isn't easy, but I left feeling confident I was getting honest advice. If you're looking for a modern, trustworthy dental office that puts patients first, I highly recommend Downtown Dentistry and Dr. Jacobson.

I had a really great experience at this dental office 😊 The whole team is amazing Dr Conor, Nancy, Laura, and Claudia are all very professional and easy to talk to. They’re super patient and take the time to explain everything before they start, which I really appreciated 🙌 I had a cleaning and a crown done and everything went super smoothly. I definitely recommend this place you won’t be disappointed ✨ Also got a few free goodies!

Dr Connor was our dentist in Pv for several years before moving to LB. He is a kind and understanding dentist, his office staff is pleasant, and they don't try to add anything you don't need. I have an annoying gag reflex - and the staff always helps me with extra numbing gel and breath timing to survive the Xrays etc. No street parking but a large deck right around the corner. Clean and pleasant office. That's all you need to know.

Office staff is amazing! Will definitely be coming back for my next 6 months appointment. Laura & Marta are great at the front desk. Nancy the dental assistant was super friendly and very informative when taking my x-rays. Dr. Connor is great explained all my treatment. Claudia did great on my cleaning. Best office in Downtown Long Beach! ☺️

Had a really great experience here. Dr. Jacobson treats patients with a lot of care and respect—you can tell he’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. I never felt rushed, and he was really insightful about my dental health and next steps. My hygienist, Claudia, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, gentle, and made the whole cleaning process comfortable from start to finish. She also checked in throughout to make sure I was doing okay, which I really appreciated. Overall, super positive visit. The team here clearly cares about their patients, and it shows. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust.
