I had a great experience with my dental hygienist Jeensli today! She was friendly, professional, and very thorough with my cleaning. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment and took her time without making the visit feel rushed. My teeth feel so clean! I really appreciated her attention to detail and how pleasant she made the whole experience. Definitely one of the best cleanings I’ve had!

Great visit with the Panther Creek Dental team! Receptionists are warm and welcoming upon entrance. Despite my tardiness, they were empathetic and hospitable. Jeenslie took great care of me and provided detailed education regarding oral health. She also recommended the proper tools to purchase to maintain good oral health.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Nizima is the best she was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all of my concerns. Olivia was also amazing and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. The team listened to all of my requests and treated me with care and respect throughout my appointment. I also brought both of my children here for their checkups, and they had a wonderful experience as well. The staff was patient, gentle, and made my kids feel comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service!

I did not enjoy my experience here first the front office checks me in and then I sat in front for 30 mins the same front office person come to back and does all my imaging and ask me questions I was confused if she was a dental assistant or front office. The Dentist comes in does my exam very rough I did not like it I’m only giving it two stars because the office is clean THATS IT !! I was there on time at 10:30am did not leave until 12:07pm NOTHING WAS DONE only an exam no teeth cleaning nothing it was a waste of time coming here ! Would I recommend NO I WOULD NOT !! My patient experience was very rushed and brushed off !

I was in search for a new dentist and I Came across Dr. O on her IG page and It was her energy that locked my decision to try Panther Creek Dental. I walked in to the most welcoming greeting from the front desk staff. The ambiance in the waiting room was amazing. The young lady who took my got me prepped, the hygienist who energy just light up the room, to Dr. O who took her time with me and the level of service and care was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was at a dental spa. I highly recommend Dr.O and her team at Panther Creek Dental Frisco.

Dr. O was an absolute joy to meet—so pleasant, patient, and thorough. She took her time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Martha, the dental hygienist, was also wonderful. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and explained what she was doing throughout the visit, which I really appreciated. One of the nicest touches was the personalized welcome message on the screen in the treatment room, along with options to help you relax and ease any anxiety. It's little things like that that show how much they care. This is definitely my new dentist—I’m so glad I found them!
