Heritage Family Dentistry Frisco

I’ve been going to this outstanding practice for several years. They continually update their equipment, techniques and education. They offer the best of the best in dental care! I recently had the need to have an implant. The experience was so smooth. The extraction was easier than I thought it would be. The referral to the oral surgeon was an easier experience to my surprise. Then back to Heritage for the implant and mouthguard - Also all good. They have another office on Dallas Parkway in North Frisco that I go to also. Their office staff is very nice and their offices are very clean. Dr. Nguyen and Pomerance are excellent!

If you’re using dental insurance don’t go! They make you pay fully up front and sit on your claims. I was told because their billing is centralized for all locations and is overloaded. I’m waiting on a refund for my insurance payment for 3 + months! They try to blame my insurances for the delay but my insurances denied that assertion. This was The first time I experienced pain with drilling. The mouth guard I paid for was ill fitted and cause me painful TMJ symptoms. I intend to pursue with my insurance if they are following contracted guidelines as well. The office manager never returned my call until a second request was made. She was rude and not at all willing to go the extra mile to correct these issues

Our family has been coming to this dental office for 16 years, and all four of my daughters have received care here. We’ve seen a few different providers over the years, and they have all been wonderful. For the past several years, Dr. David Nguyen has been our dentist, and he is definitely our favorite. He is kind, patient, thorough, and always makes my daughters feel comfortable and well cared for. We are moving and will now have to find a new dentist, but we will truly miss Dr. Nguyen and the entire team. We’re so grateful for the excellent care our family has received over the years!

Fired them today. Not for the cleaning - they are efficient and do an adequate job. It's just that their customer service and billing personnel are always short with me and sometimes rude (today). There are dozens of dentists within miles, so just don't have to be treated this way.

I had an amazing first visit at Heritage Family Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. The office was clean, comfortable, and made me feel at ease right away. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated the patience and care shown during my visit. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office, and I’m happy to have found a place I can trust. Since I’ve been seeing Dr. Heo, I have enjoyed my experience here at heritage dental. Dr. Heo is very knowledgeable and addresses my concerns each visit. She is also very friendly, empathetic and has a good bedside manner. Her team, front and back, are always welcoming and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Heo for anyone looking to establish dental care.

They were very professional and friendly. Helped me calm alot of my worries and answered my questions. The doctor himself was extremely knowledgeable and created a good plan to move forward on with treatment. Will recommend their office. Great service!
