This dentist has served my family and friends for years. Mary the office manager is wonderful competent and professional.
The only dentist I will see. He's talkative and reassuring during any work performed. He's aware he can cause pain, so he's constantly checking to make sure you're comfortable. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always super helpful. They are usually very accommodating, which sometimes will result in delays to other appointments/patients. A few years ago they were always super busy and constantly running behind, often needed to reschedule. They have corrected this and run on time (as much as any doctor's office anyway). The doctor and staff are always straightforward and honest. I can see how some might think them rude, especially when they are under stress. I've never been offended and have always appreciated the honesty.
The dentist was very talkative during my services! He made me feel very comfortable! There was no long wait at any time, but I did have a scheduled appointment. He was gentle when numbing my gums...The receptionist even recommended a dental credit card for my visit to pay for services...They are very respectful and I will continue to give them my services....
Best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of working on my dental needs. My wife use to have to be medicated before going to any dentist for any actual work on teeth. After meeting and have work done by Dr. Shanker I am happy to say its no longer necessary. Its only took one bad dentist when she was young to cause that fear. Thank god it only took Dr. Shanker to cure it. The whole family enjoys their visits and I have never had a complaint from anyone I have recommended to him. Fair price great attitude and never feel anything when have fillings done or extractions. A+
I have been with Dr. Shanker for a little over four years, and could not be happier. He is very skilled and has provided me top level care. His prices are fair and his practice is efficient. I have had several procedures and never felt any pain after the initial injection. I would never dream of seeing another dentist, I just wish I had started seeing him sooner A+
