The staff is friendly and professional. I actually like the receptionist Shay. HOWEVER...They are very unorganized in this office. They told me they had not received my records from my previous dental office. I called the old dental office and they assured me that it had already been sent over. After Ferguson dental double checked, they found my records in their email. It had been sent over 1 week prior to them saying they didn't receive it. I was told several times that I had not been seen there since 2022 when in fact, I had just been seen there 2 months ago. I had Xrays and an exam was done 2 months ago, for them to tell me that my last visit was in 2022. After double checking, they were like "Oh Yea, you were just here the end of April." They told me that I had 2 different profiles and that's where the mix up came in at. I was asked to fill out some medical history forms on a tablet. Forms I had already completed 2 months ago. Well after almost 10 minutes into filling the forms out, the whole tablet goes dead. So I guess all the information was lost. Waste of my time. Then I was told that they have a new Dr there. They asked me why was I there and what did I come in for? I said, "You tell me.")....( I had actually forgot lol.) I then remembered that the Dr told me that they would start on my teeth cleaning at my next visit and that I needed 3 fills. After they looked it up, they tell me that I needed 3 fills and it would be $84 outside of insurance and that it had to be paid before I leave. I was not told at my last appointment (2 months ago) that I may have an out of pocket cost. I was not prepared to pay that at the time of my visit, so I had to reschedule. They didn't mention anything about a teeth cleaning. I did reschedule but I won't be returning to this facility.

The staff is very friendly and put you at ease. Everyone speaks to you where you understand what is being done, who is working with you, and if you ever have a concern it is addressed. I really like the team. The dentist has a wonderful 'chair side' attitude.

I found this office on my insurance website and scheduled a new patient appointment checked in and did the X-ray and finally the dentist come in mentions a deep cleaning and pick at my gum line on a few teeth and explained to another lady that I need to schedule an appointment for a deep cleaning “with cost estimate” the sad part is I had my HSA card and my debit card with me but the comments about getting scheduled to come back feels like this is normal practice how RUDE and Unprofessional, I got 5 appointment reminders “ but nothing mentioning I would have my time wasted So I confirmed yes this is normal to have separate appointments and the deep cleaning appt wouldn’t be until 8/4/26 ” Wasted a PTO day just to get an X-ray, a bill and to be offered late summer for the cleaning on top of that And have your teeth picked at with no regard to cause tooth sensitivity that you never had previously 😤 Thanks but No Thanks and no need for any apologies 👍

Everything was amazing! The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The Hygienist was so nice and very gentle while cleaning my teeth. The Doctor was very sweet and she made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me. 10/10 experience.

What a wonderful team at Ferguson Dental (Dr. Harkless)! Although it was a consultation, I was all in. Prior to seeing the dentist, I had the pleasure of meeting LaMia B. Lamia was so caring and attentive. Who likes going to the dentist…not me, but they made it a great experience. I found my dentist!

This office provided a great experience. Immediately upon entering the clinic I was greeted by their bubbly front desk girl Shay. She was very kind and had me laughing effortlessly which I appreciated bc dental anything gives me great anxiety. The assistant Mya was extremely knowledgeable and patient and Dr. Harkless was the cherry on top. She was extremely thorough and took her time to ensure all my questions were answered. Great experience all around
