Smile Avenue Family Dentistry - Cypress

I’m new to Houston and was looking for a new dentist, and I’m so glad I found Smile Avenue in Cypress! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. GG, Mackenzie, and Andrea were all amazing and made the entire experience so easy and comfortable as well as the Dr was very professional and great! You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience at a new dentist. Highly recommend Smile Avenue!

Came in for a deep clean and some additional dental work. Aladeys greeted me at the front desk and was extremely helpful at getting me checked in and taking care of all the necessary paperwork. Kristen took care of me from the moment when she got me from the lobby and Dr. Kim was great with taking care my dental work. Jen did an amazing job with the deep cleaning as well and was extremely thorough!! They always made sure I was comfortable, answered questions, and took care of any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of getting any work done or simply need a check up!

I can’t recommend Stephanie enough! She is an amazing Treatment Coordinator who truly cares about every patient she helps. Stephanie takes the time to explain treatment options clearly, answers every question with patience, and makes the entire process feel easy and stress free. Her professionalism, compassion, and positive attitude make you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her. She & Dr Kim genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their care. If you have the opportunity to work with Stephanie, you’re in excellent hands! Awesome dental practice! I have been coming here for 3 years after struggling with billing problems with another practice and the experience has been amazing. I got crowns, fixed cavities, had deep cleaning. The team is always pleasant, efficient, and professional. Jen did my deep cleaning and maintenance multiple times and she goes extra miles to explain problems, procedures, make me comfortable and relaxed! Highly recommend this place 👍

My nurse Stephanie T was so lovely so kind and compassionate. She needs a raise and should be the highest paid person in there. My doctor Peter Kim was very informative, transparent patient and understanding to my sensitive situation would highly recommend Small Avenue if you have been previously traumatized or scarred by previous dentist or dental work!!

From the time your appointment is booked until you finish, the experience is phenomenal. I saw Jen today and she was so kind. If you are someone who has dental anxiety they do their best to calm you. The massage chair is nice and they turn the lights down which creates a calm environment and even put Netflix on. I believe this is my 4th or 5th visit here and I haven’t had one negative experience. I also love that they accommodate my main form of contact being text as my work schedule doesn’t allow me to be on the phone. Thank you all for making my visit a great one EVERY time.

Amazing staff and front desk. The appointment was easy to schedule online, and the front desk was friendly and helpful. The doctor was on time and explained everything clearly. The hygienist was gentle yet very thorough. My recommended treatment plan was easy to understand, and insurance coverage was verified before I made any decisions. The office is clean and kid-friendly.
