As a new patient, they worked around my hectic schedule to get me in ASAP. This was impressive to me as dental offices from my past never catered to my needs. Everyone there was super friendly. They were very thorough and informative about everything they were doing. I was very happy with the entire Towne Lake Dental office.

I moved to the area recently and went somewhere a few months ago that felt extremely predatory with pricing and treatments. I asked Facebook for suggestions and a few people recommended Towne Lake Dentistry. From the moment I called, the experience was A+. Ashley at the front desk was super helpful and communicative and able to add me to a waitlist. I was actually contacted very next day about availability. During my appt, my hygienist was Sheri who was extremely personable and knowledgeable… she let me know upfront that this is a judgment free zone and they aren’t going to tell me that I need anything other than what I need! And fortunately it was only a cleaning (unlike the other place that stated I needed 3 deep cleans and ran my card to pay upfront for these unneeded services). Then I saw Dr Gibbons who was extremely pleasant. All in all, this was such a great experience and I’m so happy I asked the folks on Fbk for the rec!

Being faced with finding a new dentist after 40 years was not something I was looking forward to. Our insurance plan changed and unfortunately our current dental practice was not a network provider. After many hours of research and reading reviews, I found Towne Lake Dentistry. I had a very pleasant visit! Sitting in a dentist chair is at the top of my “never want to do” list! My hygienist Amy was great! She was very gentle and did a great job. Made an appointment on the spot to see her again in 6-months. Dr. Hackler met with me after my cleaning. She’s very nice and friendly! I look forward starting a new relationship with this practice! Front Office team was great as well! Book today!

Absolutely lovely staff and clean office. Today was my first ever appointment there, but it wasn't an problem at all. I hadn't been to a dentist and gotten a cleaning in a while, but they were all super kind about the process and scheduling a treatment plan. Very fast too!

This Dentist Office gets a Five Star rating. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable informative and kind. They were right on time with my appointment time. Talked to me as they moved along through my appointment. Took the time they needed to explain the next procedure and make me comfortable.

I had a wonderful first visit at Towne Lake Dentistry. The front office team were kind and helpful. My appointment with Kate went great - she was incredibly thorough with my cleaning and removed all of the stains on my teeth. I also met Dr. Gibson at the end, and she was just as kind. Absolutely love this dentist!! They are all friendly, personable and nice. Dr. Gibbons has take care of me 2x and had explained everything so that I understood what was going on with my teeth. Always clean and smells amazing there too. You need a dentist come here! You won't be disappointed

Dr Gibbon, Lorenna, Ashley, and Tara are the best! I highly recommend Towne Lake Dentistry for quality dental care and compassionate service. I am nearly complete with extensive work on my front teeth and I was apprehensive about the experience. Dr Gibbon suggested the right treatment plan for my situation and demonstrated compassion while she and Lorenna executed flawlessly. When the temporary crowns created at the lab weren’t the quality that they could have been, Dr Gibbon made sure the lab got them right and replaced them quickly. Tara explained my treatment plan and insurance options clearly and maximized my benefits. Ashley kept me informed and scheduled my appointments quickly and efficiently. Everyone that I’ve met there has always been polite and professional and it is evident that they truly enjoy working together. Tooth pain while visiting from out of state! They were able to get me in right away. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have absolutely no problem recommending them.
