A very Welcoming and Clean Dentist office. I loved the Receptionists, Doctor and Staffing they are super nice and helpful! I was able to get a appointment quickly and they were able to take my Health Plan of San Mateo which was really awesome! every time I called they answered the phone quickly and sent many reminders which is nice since I am constantly forgetting appointments lol. Overall great experience and glad I have a dentist Office that I can go to without feeling overwhelmed.

Patient since 2021. All the specialists at this clinic are top-notch. I specially recommend Claudia for cleanings and Becky for fillings. If you’re a nervous patient they’ll be so comforting and accommodating. I’ve also had two gum grafts here and the periodontist is incredibly skilled and talented.

Wonderful dental clinic! The dentists are very kind, professional, and caring. Most importantly, my children always feel comfortable and go to their appointments without fear. The staff is friendly, and the whole experience is positive every time. Highly recommend!

I remember going in my first time and I was so nervous. I had a lot of issues and felt embarrassed for not addressing said issues sooner because of my anxiety but honestly from the get go the team was understanding and made me feel heard. Dr. Jiang saw me initially for the eval but Dr. Becky was the one I saw for my follow up appts. She’s awesome! Made me feel comfortable throughout all of my procedures and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciate that she really cares about her patients, their needs, and that she enjoys what she does. Really though, everyone I’ve met from the front office to the hygienists have been exceptional. When there was an issue with my insurance they were very transparent and let me know immediately and then also fixed it immediately as well. I really do appreciate what they’ve done to help me! Wouldn’t have asked for a better team.

Dr. Nancy Jiang and her team at Carlmont Dental Care are exceptional. The staff is welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind, and Dr. Jiang is incredibly gentle, skilled, and attentive. You can feel the care and professionalism in every step—easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I moved to Belmont a little over a year ago for a work opportunity and recently decided to look for a new dentist closer to where I live. I recently found Carlmont Dental Care, and I have been extremely satisfied with the care and service I have received! The facility is very nice and clean, and all of the staff are kind and welcoming. I can tell that Dr. Jiang really cares about her patients and is excellent about attending to their needs. On my first visit, I received a nice welcome box with a hand-written note, and some prescription mouthwash to help with gum inflammation. I feel confident in the care I am receiving here.
