The staff here are so nice. I was able to get a tooth issue fixed sooo quickly and easily. I so appreciate how fast they were able to get me on schedule- and on a weekend too?! Super convenient. Had issues with a previous office/provider locally so its nice to have found a new reliable place to receive dental care moving forward.

I just went as a new patient this morning & has the best experience. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist and the ladies made it such a smooth and calm experience. Dr. K did some work for me and she was efficient and explained everything and super personable. I’ll be back. Thank you!

First time here: customer service at the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor was exceptional. Came in for bleeding gums that I’ve had for years now and also a routine cleanup. I don’t know what the hygienist did, but it literally cured my bleeding gums overnight!! I feel confident walking around with my fresh & clean teeth and gums lol

Dr. Wilkinson is so caring and takes extra time to ensure my visit is pain free. He is patient and has helped me get over my dental phobia. Blanket fresh out of the dryer included! :) Krystle my RDH was great and friendly-my teeth feel so clean! I would definitely recommend Woodbury Smiles!

I have dental anxiety that I can usually get through pretty well. I had to get a tooth pulled and made a plan with my care team to be sedated for it. I didn’t eat for 8 hours before, came in ready and prepared for sedation. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour despite getting there on time. Fine whatever, dentists get busy. I was told not to take any ibuprofen before so my tooth hurt for that entire hour that I was waiting. I was told after I was called back that I could not receive sedation but they could do the regular injections to numb me. My teeth on the right side of my mouth don’t respond to numbing very well but the dentist reassured me that he knew how to get around that so I agreed. He in fact did not know how to get around it and I could still very much feel pain in my tooth which would mean the tooth wasn’t numb. He told me he wouldn’t do anymore numbing and that I wouldn’t find another dentist who could. He also said he thought my anxiety was convincing me I was in pain when I wasn’t. Then why could I still fully feel the toothache and had to take ibuprofen when I got home? Overall a horrible experience, dentists like him are the reason people get severe dental anxiety.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kapetanakis and team. I had to have a crown placed on a very damaged tooth, which I’ve been avoiding for several years due to previous bad/scary experiences with dental offices. She walked me through the entire process, and the team made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Dr. K did an amazing job (truly an artist), the crown feels really natural. I can hardly tell that anything was done, but probably saved me from needing a root canal later on. Really great patient care on the whole!
