Winchester Dental

I had a crown done today and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Kori was so kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole appointment. The procedure was quick and relatively comfortable. Dr Leskiv did good too. 🤣 The crown looks great, I survived the experience, and I’m happy to report that I still like them afterward.

I would not recommend Winchester Dental based on my family’s experiences. I was told that I had nine or ten cavities and regrettably had about half of them filled before seeking care elsewhere. After I switched dentists, my new dentist found that the remaining teeth did not require fillings. My mother was told that she needed to have her teeth removed and implants placed to support dentures. Her dentures never fit properly, and she experienced repeated infections. She ultimately had to have the implants removed and undergo multiple surgeries. She is now facing the possibility that her dentures may never fit correctly. My husband was also told that numerous teeth needed treatment. Although he did need dental work, the office was unwilling to stagger the appointments in a way that would have been more affordable and reduced his discomfort. My husband and I have since switched to another dentist, and the difference has been remarkable. We have received thoughtful, honest care without feeling pressured into unnecessary or poorly coordinated treatment. If you live in Winchester, I highly recommend Dr. Hall and Dr. Butterfield. If you live in Berkeley County, I recommend Cornerstone Dental. I have had consistently positive experiences with both practices.

The entire staff was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Emily was my hygienist and she was amazing. This was my first appointment and I typically have a rough time with dental appointments due to sensory issues. She was very considerate and made the process as smooth as it could be. I’ll definitely be back.

Laura, once again, did an absolutely amazing job! Someone she makes coming to the dentist a pleasant experience for both my daughter and me! Dr. Leskiv was thorough and very positive in his exam! Highly recommend!

Found myself here do to tooth pain from an old root canal - they didn't do the work but I required checking out. They took Xray and other scans and inspected and advised me on further potential work. I found the building no problem. I was quickly taken in for scans by polite, professional staff. I was treated respectfully and quickly. I was informed of my options moving forward and given medication to relieve my current pain. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and once this current tooth issue is resolved fully I plan to make this my new local dentist. I hope my wife also does all things considered.

I'm not usually the type to leave reviews, but this is definitely one I must make an exception for. I was very anxious and nervous about getting checked and treated, but I am extremely glad I chose Winchester Dental. From the moment I arrived and checked in, the staff were friendly and always happy to see me, which made me feel very comfortable starting my dental treatment. I want to thank the entire team for their warm, professional care, especially giving a shout-out to Casey, who made me feel very welcome and helped me schedule my appointments and begin my treatment. I would definitely recommend everyone visit them for their own dental health.
