Genuinely the nicest bunch of people I’ve ever met. Everyone was super friendly and took the time to go over all my benefits and the cost of everything which I was very grateful for as a new patient! I have been a long time patient at Smiles Of Wilmington. Every visit is very welcoming and the staff is very professional. Dr Rautio always is accommodating for my appointments. Dr. Rautio always answers my questions even if a slight out of dentistry to the best of her knowledge.

I’ve been to my fair share of dental offices, and nothing even comes close to the level of care, professionalism, and overall experience you get here. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and actually cared for.. not rushed or treated like just another appointment. Every single person on the team is kind, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what they do. Dr. Ratio and other Dentist’s on the team? Absolutely incredible. The Dental Hygienist team? Absolutely incredible. The front desk team? Absolutely incredible. Literally everyone you com in contact with will make you smile (puny but true) The attention to detail, the patience, the way everything is explained so clearly; it completely changes how you feel about going to the dentist. You can tell EVERYONE truly cares about their patients and their quality of work. If you’ve never experienced a business that remembers you and treats you like family, you’re missing something special. If you’re not going to Smiles of Wilmington, you are seriously missing out.

I have been going to Dr Rautio for several years now. I wish I had discovered her years earlier!!! Like many people I dreaded going to the dentist. I do not dread my appointments anymore! The staff at this office are beyond accommodating and so pleasant and professional. I don’t always have the same hygienist because of my schedules ( not theirs) and every one has been gentle yet thorough. I don’t get stressed for my appointments!!! As a matter of fact since I moved, I now drive 1.5 hrs to my appointments. It’s worth it to me! Terrific caring staff and the best dental care I’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend Dr Rautio!

I have been a patient at Smiles of Wilmington for about 20 years. Yes, 20 YEARS they are that wonderful! The environment has always been welcoming and friendly and the incredibly educational and supportive team have been there for me for every cleaning and even major medical situations. Years ago, I broke one of my front teeth, and Dr. Rautio and team (to this day) have provided exceptional care and attention to me. I owe my smile to them!!

The staff at Smiles of Wilmington is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Fallon always does such a great job cleaning my teeth and advises when I need to correct some things I'm doing at home. Dr. Rautio is so sweet and professional. I had a bad filling, and she resolved it and made it feel so much better! They do great work, definitely don't hesitate coming here!
