I honestly have to say this is a really good dentist office. As someone with anxiety I appreciate how they walk me through exactly what it is they’re doing. Constantly checking on me during the procedure to make sure I’m okay. Kenneth the front desk agent is also really nice and patient! Will definitely be recommending people to this office. Wish I found them sooner!

Had such a great experience today. Everyone who help both my kids were very attentive and even stayed past closing to make sure everything was taken care of 100%. Definitely recommend bringing family to this upland modern dentistry

Have been coming here for about a year for routine cleanings and would definitely recommend. The dentist answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Marlene took care of my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming!

I don't normally post reviews, but I had a frustrating experience with my recent appointment. I was scheduled at 12:30 PM for two crowns and didn't leave until 4:30 PM. Throughout the stay, I was told it would be a short wait, but it ended up being significantly longer every time. It felt like I was double-booked and that other patients were being prioritized while I was left waiting. I wish there had been better communication and more respect for my time.

I recently switched my insurance as I got a new job but plan on going back to my primary dentist soon. Therefore, I needed to choose a primary dentist and chose this establishment per the good reviews. I booked my appointment and was super excited to get my service done. I received a call the day prior letting me know they were unable to find my dental insurance and that I needed to reach out to my insurance. I went ahead and called and they informed me they were the primary dentist I had assigned to myself and everything looked good on their end. I called UMD and spoke with a lady and asked if they were maybe mispelling my last name and they were able to find me. I come to my appointment and upon checking in, I immediately get asked if I was able to get things squared away with my insurance by the same guy that called me the day prior without even checking if everything was good to go in their system. In all honesty, I would’ve proceeded with my service, however, the customer service/approach discouraged me from doing so. From the beginning of not asking questions to find me in the system and coming in person and still asking if I reached out to my insurance when it had already been resolved. Customer service truly does make a difference.

I love Upland Modern Dentistry! Keny and Janet greeted me with a warm smile. Kenny assisted me with checking in and was super friendly. Kylee took my X-rays and explained everything she was doing. Dr Andrew went over my X-rays and other images. Provided education to me and provided a care plan. Janet went over my insurance and was transparent about pricing. Tyler did my deep cleaning and explained every procedure before beginning. Staff here and the care is amazing!
