Always on time as scheduled. I like how Dental Hygienist explains the work she was doing. Explained where procedures may hav e changed. Very professional from the first hello greeting to the final goodbye.
Dr.Rouse and all his staff do an excellent job - they truly care about your health and your comfort! They speak with you about concerns and spend time making sure you are well cared for and comfortable! - an excellent staff and facility!
I had a great experience with New Direction Dental. The staff were welcoming and professional. Dr. Rouse was excellent and took the time to explain everything. The follow-ups after the appointments really showed how much they care about their patients. You will definitely be in good hands here.
I had a tooth pulled and removal of roots from the tooth next to it. Very good bed side manor. Very gentle with the numbing injections. Nearly felt the first one. Never felt the rest of the four Total. Very clean environment with friendly staff. I would recommend going here to my friends and family.
The whole staff is amazing. The environment is excellent also. My wait time was very quick. Dr Brant Rouse, is an excellent Dr and he is very attentive. Takes time with you then approaches the problem and in no time your done. I would recommend New Direction.
