The Avalon staff is always polite and professional, from the Front door thru the Dental procedure and treatment. A complete procedure with careful observation and confirmation of “fit and comfort” is the foundation for my consistent satisfaction. I trust the Dentist and she’s not failed me once.

The practice team are wonderful! Everyone from reception, the patient care team, Dr. Paul and more were a wonder experience. I hope not to have another root canal, BUT if I do, I'll return to Dr. Paul and Avalon Dental!!

I am very grateful to Dr. Paul. I had a root canal issue, and several dentists suggested that my tooth should be extracted. But Dr. Paul was different. He treated my tooth carefully and was able to save it. I am so happy that I did not have to lose my molar. The root canal was completed in about 30 minutes, and I am truly satisfied with the whole experience. I know I came to the right clinic and was in the right doctor’s hands. Thank you so much, Dr. Paul! You are a great dentist.

I have a lathe treatment plan which involves quite a bit of oral surgery which is very scary to me. Recently I've been through 2. Everything was great. Organized, on time, wonderful doctors, incredible staff. I couldn't have asked for more. I have a ways to go but I feel completely confident that it will be the best of the best. Thank you Avalon!

First visit. Everyone was super friendly. Everything is up to date/advanced equipment. My mother and I were super comfortable and the staff went above and beyond with my 91yr. mother. They got my key from me and walker her out to the car because she wanted to wait outside for me to finish. Very impressive.

I have been going to Avalon Dental for several years now. Very friendly staff and top notch dental care with Dr Yu and all of the hygienists. Comfortable environment and never have to wait more than a few minutes after arrival.

I have had wonderful experiences at Avalon Dental since taking my physician’s recommendation (also a patient) there a few years ago. Recently, Brianna did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Hu filled in a space on the side of one of my molars where the gum had receded, hopefully preventing a problem. Dr. Hu is kind and gentle, just what you want in a dentist! The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly, too

Avalon Dental is really SPECIAL. Your not just a patient here, you are a friend. The staff and Dentists are incredibly genuinely personable. They get to know you and you should get to know them. Most of all they focus on their craftsmanship and make sure you know the state of your teeth, what you should do, and how they can help you. That is how it suppose to be especially when it comes to healthcare. So many tried to persuade and pressure to up sale this and that. Dr. Yu and his staff just focus on treating and caring for your teeth. I truly appreciate Avalon Dental and what they do. They keep it simple. My sincere hope is that if you come across this review as you consider a new dentist, please at the very least reach out to their office and talk to their staff and you will have the very best dentists, staff, and NEW FOUND FRIENDS. Dr. Yu has been my dentist for many years now because he and everyone at Avalon Dental truly care about their patients. He always takes the time to explain everything he sees and to ask about then listen to my concerns. Services are never pushed. I know I’m in good hands whenever I walk thru the doors.

This would be my 2nd year, and could have been my children's 2nd year, with Avalon. Last year's experience was exceptional for me and my children because we were new patients, IMO. I had an appointment with them today for a cleaning, which, unbeknownst to me until I had to pay my co-pay, turned out to be a periodontal cleaning. The co-pay was higher than usual, and, of course, I questioned it since I have exceptional insurance. The person I spoke to TRIED to be patient while explaining to me the difference between a periodontal and a regular surface cleaning. Not sure why they're taken aback when patients question their services and prices. This is a service business the last time I checked. My next scheduled appointment is in July, and I moved my children's appointment onto the same day, which will make it easier for me to cancel our appointments if I choose to. It's a new year, so my dental insurance just reset. Prior, my and my children's dental group of 5 years were the excellent until we had to move. Within throwing distance we have Sapphire, Grand Mission, Studio Dental, etc. who have high ratings, not only on Google, but also on Yelp. I have options.
