Stay away from this place. I just called to schedule an appointment because one of the crowns they put in fell out and schedule a cleaning and was told that they can't help me because they sent a dismissal letter ( which is the first i heat about) because I owe a balance on a $450 cleaning bill from 2024 which is total bs. My cleanings are covered 100% by my insurance which is who recommended I go to them. I've been through this with them at least 3 times in the past about receiving bs bills months after service and they always said they're sorry and to disregard them that it was just an error from their billing system. bunch of crooks

Staff is very nice and welcoming. My experience has always been very positive. They would greatly benefit from adding a machine to create crowns in-office. The technology is available, and I have had great experiences with that at other dental offices. Having to come back for additional visits and wear a temp crown for a few weeks while an outside lab is creating a permanent crown is not at all convenient.

Couldn’t give less stars. Original appt was scheduled for deep cleaning. I showed up had X-rays taken and was told I have to do cleaning first. After talking to the senior hygienist who went to get cost estimates and never came back, I asked the assigned hygienist to do the cleaning she recommended which they then also refused. Couple of days later, they called and scheduled me for deep cleaning and I thought they came to their senses only to call me a day before my appointment to say that the office cannot see me. Go figure.

First time patient what a great experience the staff was so helpful from the front to the back and Tracy C . Cleaned my teeth 🦷 and they have never felt cleaner! She was so gentle. and thorough!I would definitely recommend Knollwood Dental Care I know where I’ll be bringing my family from now on.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and they consistently get me in for appointments right away. What I appreciate most is that they offer a full range of dental services in one place—from cleanings and crowns to root canals and extractions. I am so glad we made the switch a year ago and couldn't be happier with the care we've received.

Dr. Gwinn and his staffs are so nice, quiet and clean place. He’s very detail and find the way works for my nose. Couldn’t smell for a long time. He did nasal surgery for me. Now I feel like I got my life back, more energy and happier. Thanks to my family doctor who’s referred me to him. Thanks to Dr. Gwinn and his staffs. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff and service. They really know what they’re doing Me and my husband felt really cared and with all our needs addressed. This already became our new dentists and we really recommend!
