Dr. Accardo and her assistant Bri were really wonderful and reassuring throughout the whole process. I have a strong gag reflex but they were very accommodating in working around it even though it was a bit more difficult for them. They checked up on me consistently throughout the whole process. The staff here is very friendly and walks through the process.

I had a great experience with Dr. Christopher Bernardini and his team. I was extremely nervous going in, but Dr. Bernardini made the entire procedure comfortable and completely painless. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. The staff was also kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this office, especially if you’re anxious about going to the dentist!

Dental visits can be daunting, but after you visit with Dr. Chris Bernardini on the bucolic Old Town Road of Staten Island, you just might leave with a spark in your gait, and a satisfying smile. Growing up in the 70s, I looked forward to visits with my general dentist and orthodontist. Decades on, that sense of quality care and good vibes has been renewed. Dr. Bernardini and general manager Lilliana have created an inter-office joy and goodwill among themselves which imbues the patient experience. You can sense that each person on staff is an important part of the team. Most importantly, the skill and experience here are superb, from dental hygienist (Lauren) to dental assistant (Sonia) to Dr. Bernardini. They use the latest tech in a comfortable and clean office. Highly recommended.

Hi, I recently started coming to Dr. Bernardini from another dentist that I was not quite satisfied with. Night and day! You feel welcomed by the entire staff right from the start. Lauren, my hygienist, does such a great job. She is both gentle and thorough. Even when I had a deep, under- the- gum cleaning, the dentist on call gave me Novocaine from a device that was far less “pinchy” than the old- time needles. Very highly recommend Dr Chris and his entire staff!

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. Dr. Bernardini was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, which made the whole visit very comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease during the whole visit. I can’t begin to explain how much of an amazing experience I had with Dr. Bernardini and his staff. I came in with a tooth ache and Dr wouldnt send me home until he knew what the cause of my tooth ache was. Eventually when he found it, he immediately took care of it with no hesitation. Dr. Bernardini takes so much time out of his day to sit there and listen to every concern you have. His office is such an amazing environment and all of his staff, including the receptionists are truly so caring and kind. I’m so happy I found an amazing dentist who cares so much about his patients. I am extremely happy with my experience here and I’m so excited to keep coming back for cleanings!

The entire staff in this office are so kind and caring. I saw Dr. Chris first for an emergency and he was amazing and kind and took care of it. The deep cleaning with Lauren the hygienist was so incredible and she took time to answer all my questions and explained every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable and so kind and understanding. I saw Dr. Accardo and Brixhita for 2 fillings today. Another amazing appt. Both very kind and caring. I cannot express enough, how kind and caring everyone is here.
