Y our appointment is on time; the staff is very friendly & explains everything in detail about your procedure. Dr. Heinecke does a nice job of making you feel comfortable & takes care of the procedure in a great way. Overall a nice place for what needs to be done in the dental area.

Dr. Heinecke is amazing and does great work. I still have a crown that he did in his Brooksville office well over 15 years ago and it has had zero issues while others I had done much more recently at other places due to insurance change I have had him fix now that my insurance covers him again. Staff is very nice also.

Had a little mishap with a tooth and Danielle was able to squeeze me in on the same day as I called!! Amazing service!! And Leidy was so friendly and informative on step by step details of my visit. She was the absolute best tech ever!!

I am still going to this dentist and still super happy with them!!! Excellent dental office! They do great work at affordable rates. I found them after my previous dental clinic was sold to someone who was crazy expensive. I was afraid I would have to stop getting my teeth cared for, but Heinecke Family Dentistry saved the day. We use Dr Heinecke's office for our whole family. The staff is very courteous and efficient, the hygienists are great with the kids. The waiting area is nicely decorated and is warm and inviting. Each of the rooms are very clean, with modern equipment. During this time with the COVID pandemic, they are taking extra measures to sanitize the room in between each patient. My family and I appreciate all that they are doing to try to make it as safe as possible for the clients and the staff.
