We were happy for years but unfortunately your practice failed us miserably. My wife was waiting for a surgeon referral for days after multiple calls due to constant pain but no one EVER called us back with the referral we needed. We waited since most surgeons need this referral to see us. We ended up finding a good last minute surgeon ourselves and was advised if she were to have waited any longer she would have needed hospitalization. Unfortunately we will no longer return due to this failure of urgent support. I hope you take this to heart and do better in the future.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating, Dr. Tom took the time to carefully explain how to care for my appliance for sleep apnea and how to use it correctly. He made sure I fully understood everything before I left, which made me feel confident and well-informed. I also received the same high-quality care at my follow-up visit. I really appreciate the patience and attention to detail.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Tom and the entire practice. I went for an oral device to help with sleep apnea. They were able to book an appointment for me right away and, although it took a bit longer than expected for delivery, it may have had to do with the holidays and weather which came in between the two appointments. I wasn’t happy that Kaiser didn’t have a provider for this service in SF, where I live, but the team and flexible hours made it entirely worth the trip. Highly recommend!
