I can’t recommend Dr. Farrah Ghafouri enough. I’ve always been extremely anxious about going to the dentist, but she has completely changed my experience. From the moment I walk into the office, she makes me feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for. Her gentle approach and calm demeanor have helped ease my dental anxiety more than I ever thought possible. The quality of her work is exceptional. She pays close attention to every detail, and you can tell she truly cares about providing the best possible care for her patients. I always leave feeling confident that I’m in the best hands.

This review is for Taylor and Dr Nam. I have lived with severe dental anxiety/phobia my entire life. I used to avoid dental treatment/care for a long time because of that anxiety. When I first scheduled with Dr Nam, I let his team know about my anxiety. When I met his assistant, Taylor, she immediately put my mind at ease. She has this kind, warm, and friendly energy. When I shared that I was anxious about the appointment, she took the time to sit with me and talk. She validated my feelings, asked what she could do to support, and took the time to educate me about the importance of oral health. She's also super encouraging of any progress I make with my oral care/hygiene. I used to not be super great with flossing and I recently updated her that I've been flossing every single day. She was excited to hear that update and I felt proud. Taylor goes above and beyond with her customer service and supporting Dr Nam with procedures/surgeries. Dr Nam is amazing as well. He's incredibly patient and explains everything in an easy to understand way. He's empathetic, incredibly caring, and understanding of my dental anxiety. Both Taylor and Dr Nam are incredible staff here. I highly recommend going to them for care. Thank you Taylor and Dr Nam for always taking great care of me!

Today’s visit with Dr. Farrah was amazing. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and gentle. I was very nervous about my procedure but she made it go very smoothly. Best dentist in bay area. Highly recommend her.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the representative who assisted me was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Dr. Maryam and her assistant Sonia were both pleasant, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. The service was fast without feeling rushed, and every detail was handled with care. The office itself is brand new, spotless, and beautifully maintained. You can immediately feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. I’ve been living in San Ramon for 25 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best dental offices in the area. Highly recommend!

I am someone who has always been scared of going to the dentist because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. But the team here completely changed that for me. They took extremely good care of me while treating my gum issues and performing my root canal. Dr. Maryam made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and took the time to address all my concerns patiently. Erika, the hygienist, did my deep cleaning thoroughly, explained my gum issues clearly, and educated me on how important proper care is. She was gentle and very reassuring throughout the process. They even called me the next day to check in and make sure I was doing fine, which meant so much to me. Krista at the front desk was also very sweet and welcoming. She is the best!! Their charges are reasonable compared to many other places. I came all the way from Los Gatos, and I am extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend them, especially if you are someone who feels anxious about dental visits.

I went for a dental cleaning and was very satisfied with both the results and the professional way the process was handled. The team took multiple X-rays, clearly explained my current dental condition, and discussed the recommended next steps. I’m pleased with the overall care I received and would definitely recommend their services.

Dr. Farrah and her team have been the best! From my very first appointment, they have been very welcoming and kind. I needed a new dentist in the area and found Dentists of San Ramon. They’ve taken great care of me and have taken all precautions (since I’m pregnant). I would definitely recommend bringing your family to this location!
