Nice Teeth Dental

I went to Nice Teeth Dental for a new patient consultation, and Dr. Andrew was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address every concern I had, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the visit. I truly appreciated his care and attention, and I had a great experience overall.

The service was great, but I'm disappointed that they weren't clear about being out of network with my dental insurance. When I called to schedule appointments for my husband and me, I was told they accepted MetLife. No one explained that they were out of network. My husband had his cleaning, X-rays, and exam, and we weren't charged anything at the appointment or told we would receive a bill later. We assumed everything was covered since it was our first cleaning and X-rays of the year. When I went in for my cleaning, I was charged $70. I asked if they were in network with my insurance. One front desk employee said yes, but another corrected her and said they aren't in network with any insurance. If I had known that from the beginning, I would have chosen a different dentist. The dentist and hygienist were both very kind, and the care was excellent. It's just frustrating that we now have to pay almost $300 for my husband's routine cleaning, X-rays, and exam when those services would have been fully covered by our insurance if we had gone to an in-network provider.

Love nice teeth dental. I have had ADHD my entire life and this is the first dentist who didn't make me feel badly for missing appointments, or not having great childhood dental hygiene. They also always explain my options instead of suggesting the most expensive one and working backwards. They have parking, the staff is great + theres always a great house music playlist playing. 10/10 have recommended to everyone I know.

Staff was super sweet. Showed me my teeth while I was holding a mirror . Answered my questions thoroughly. And, made me feel like I had options. Didn’t pressure me into any services. I truly recommend this office, if one’s looking for a decent dentist

A great experience all the way around. Friendly front office faces as soon as you walk in the door. Clean, comfortable waiting room. Gentle hands for the exam and cleaning. I’m not a fan of the ultrasound but Nice Teeth made it painless. Team members discussed the plan of care moving forward without any pressure. And no guilt/judgment for the dental work I keep procrastinating on lol. Thank you Nice Teeth!

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I went to get a crown regimented and they did it for no charge as they couldn’t guarantee that it would stay on. I was shocked but very grateful for this action. Very well maintained facility with lots of free parking.

Superb first impression. Doctor Butawan was great. His staff was on the ball. The whole experience just “flowed” well, and I was in and out in no time. Very organized. They implement Top notch and State of the art technology. The dental tools, X-ray machine etc. I personally felt well cared for and informed of what was going on with my dental health. I had a very pleasant experience overall. I’m giving 5 well deserved stars for these guys. Well done y’all.
