Terrible experience, and my crown failed in 2 years. Joke of a dentist.
Dr. Kendal Trujillo is awesome in every way. The staff is very polite and professional. She is extremely busy which says something. I only have one complaint and that is scheduling. I work a fixed schedule and make my appointments months in advance because of this. I have been cancelled by the office 3 times this year for routine cleanings. I have only been able to get in once in over a year. I'm assuming staffing issues. Unfortunately, I will be changing dentist because they are unable to accommodate my schedule and keep the appointments I set. After my last appt was canceled, I waited 3 weeks for them to call to try and fit me in. Finally I called back to just reschedule and couldn't get an appt until April of 2026! I will really miss Dr. Trujillo after being with her for almost 10 yrs but I have to have a more reliable service. Sad face
