Advanced Dental Care of Round Rock

You really asked. Well this ain’t it; especially from a billing and front desk approach. Just get a new person and honor the insurance coverage. The dentist and assistants are just doing their jobs, no issues there. But I’m not going to waste my time explaining to a front desk receptionist about what’s included in my insurance and coverage. I will compare it to the provider that honors the same coverage and actually does treatments that are included at no costs and does the same procedures for half the costs. I’m going somewhere else because I don’t think you have the ability to make it right.

The most amazing team! They helped me with an emergency same day and have been helping keep on top of all my dental needs. Everyone is so sweet and they have no problem explaining everything with ease.

Very informative, answered all my question regarding time frame, options, use, limitations and cost. The examination was through and timely, the tech who took my molds did an excellent job and I was very happy. I'll go back for a fitting in several weeks.
