I have been going to this family practice for years with not only myself but my kids as well. They are always so considerate and kind and treat you like you are a part of their family ( mother and son work together). Their times accommodate working parents and school and they work hard at reminders for us adhd peeps too. I also don’t feel like they’re pushy with procedures etc. or manufacture extra stuff that needs to be done. Honest and trustworthy!

I have been going to Richmond Landing Family Dentistry for many years, and so have several of my relatives. We have always received outstanding care while being treated by everyone as if we were part of the family! Both doctors Liliana and Pablo are experts in their knowledge and training. I have also recommended them a neighbor who was extremely pleased. There's no way you could go wrong at this wonderful family-owned dental practice!

I’ve really grown to love this practice. The ladies at the front desk always make my day—they are genuinely sweet and care about you as a person. You can easily tell the difference between fake and genuine service, and they are definitely the real deal! My dental hygienist keeps it real with me and gives it to me straight, which I truly appreciate. Dr. Pablo has a wonderfully calming demeanor and has even gone out of his way to message me after hours, a level of dedication you rarely find in dental offices these days. There are plenty of options out there, but I stick with this team because they truly make you feel like family. It being family-owned and run just makes it even better!

I recently had to have quiet a bit of work done and was dreading the process. Pablo & Liliana were phenomenal and made me feel at ease every time I came in for a procedure. They were very attentive and always sure to check that I was as comfortable. On top of that, what I appreciated the most was how the procedures were performed. Pablo worked swiftly with intent while causing as little discomfort as was possible. Personally I am beyond satisfied. I had a very bad experience when I was younger with my wisdom teeth and it really effected how I thought about dentists. These folks have done quiet a bit to change that for the better.

I can’t express how unbelievable this family practice is! I came for my first appointment extremely nervous and with so many issues but from the second I walked in to their building I was greeted with kindness from the whole staff. Dr. Pablo Janer is kind, patient and has an excellent bed side manner. He listened to all of my concerns (which were many) and created a treatment plan that wasn’t overwhelming and got started right away. I wish I had found them sooner but I’m definitely going to change both my kids to this practice as well. Many many thanks to the Richmond Landing Family Dentistry team!!

It's always a pleasure to go see this specific dentist office. The staff is always very polite and professional and makes me feel very welcome as soon as I walk into the office. The hygienist is very careful and gentle while cleaning my teeth, and is also friendly and professional. The dentists are very friendly and always with a smile on their face while looking at my teeth and explaining what it is that they're doing when performing a procedure. Office and medical staff are easy to talk and ask questions to without feeling unsure. They answer questions without hesitation and explain the answers in a way I can understand.
