Village Dental - Olde Raleigh

Dr.Coker and her assistant made a usual uncomfortable procedure one of the best experiences I’ve had getting work done. She thorough in discussing the options while coming up with a plan of action to keep my mouth healthy without draining the bank. My mouth has never felt better and I can look forward to maintaining my smile with the incredible care I received with Dr. Coker and the team at village dental.

The lead dentist and staff are all great and very knowledgeable. They work very smoothly and efficiently to help you with all your dental needs. I think I finally found a new dentist I can go to concerning all my dental issues. Great visit and hope to see more great visits in the future.

PLEASE READ THIS: I got a root canal done at this Village Dental location around 2 years ago. It was my first time at this dentist and they seemed trustworthy other than a few mishaps such as scheduling my appointment wrong twice (which i didn’t find out until i showed up at the office). I have a fear of dentists so I asked to be sedated for the root canal. After the procedure everything seemed normal, I even went back and got my permanent crown placed. I was having some sensitivity and pain at the time the permanent crown was placed but I was assured that it was normal and should fade in the coming weeks. A couple months later I noticed that I was still having pain and discomfort so I decided to get a second professional opinion from another dentist. Lo and behold, the other dentist informed me that they never finished the root canal/didn’t completely kill one of the roots in my tooth. I was even shown the x-ray of my tooth myself and even I could tell that the root canal was not completed. This was extremely frustrating as I already had my permanent crown placed but I had to return back to Village dental to get it fixed as I had already paid for the treatment through them. After going through another root canal treatment with them, I thought everything would be fixed especially considering that they took 6 hours to retreat the root and were “sure” that everything should be good to go. Well to my surprise, two years later and I’m still having issues with the tooth and have been told by my other dentist that potentially all three root canal treatments in the tooth are failing and I now have an abscess at the tip of one of the root where they yet again failed to completely treat it. In addition to having a botched root canal treatment, Village Dental also tried to advise me to have multiple fillings replaced as they were “old” but after conferring with another dentist, I was assured that , in fact, none of my fillings needed to be replaced. I urge anyone who goes to this dentist to not get a root canal done here and go to a licensed endodontist who has experience in treating root canals. I was uneducated prior to coming here and regret letting a dentist do my root canal instead of endodontist so there is fault on me for that. However, as a company, they should not be letting dentists perform root canals when they obviously can’t complete them successfully.

My whole experience was amazing. The staff with the energy they have . How the staff was some helpful making sure I was comfortable. The price for the work I had done was so grateful I give this establishment a 10 out of 10 recommend if you need dental work this is the place to go

Went in today for a check up after being away for awhile. I was very pleased with the entire staff. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job at explaining the treatment needed. Stanley was awesome! Also big shoutout to Dr. Foley for doing such a good job.

What a wonderful dentist office full of warm, friendly, informative, caring professionals, with a sense of humor. The wonderful experience started when I walked in. Dr. Coker is the dentist that took care of me June 15, 2026. She along with Stanley, Jeremiah & Kayla, & others apart of the team were so accommodating & made sure that I felt no pain & was comfortable…Nervousness is what I felt in the beginning & embarrassed as it’s been so long since I’ve seen a dentist. They were reassuring without any judgment reminding me that they are there address my concerns & make sure that my teeth are healthy. Dr Coker did an amazing job with my extraction and cleaning. I thank you all & actually look forward to my next visit…And yes, I will try to floss more lol ♥️

Alexis was super nice and very comprehensive in explaining everything from options of work needed and what to expect at each step. The whole setup and staff are very welcoming and professional. This has been my best dental experience in well over 20 years of living in Raleigh and trying to find a competent & trustworthy dental practice. Also a huge Thank you to Dr. Martin & Dr. Chong for the great work!

Alexis was so amazing! And SO informative. She made me feel right at home. Never had such a smooth experience as I did at Village Dental today. Very grateful! Overall experience just great. Dr. Chong & Aleshia were a delight as well!

Terrified of the dentist. This was my 1st visit since 2018. Alexis was great! She helped me calm down and stay calm. After taking my x-rays, she went over everything with me so I could understand what exactly was going on and just overall made me feel welcomed and comfortable.. Still scared about treatment but after meeting with Alexis, I know I'll be okay. Facility was also amazing. Going to recommend to everybody I know...✨✨✨✨✨

I had a great experience at the Olde Raleigh location of Village Dental. I came in on 3/13 for the new patient exam and found the staff to be kind and helpful. I always get nervous at the dentist, and hadn't had my teeth cleaned in two years. They recommended a moderate cleaning, my teeth were in great shape other than that. Pricing was a new patient special; I am waiting on insurance from a new job and the pricing for out of pocket with no insurance was very reasonable for a cleaning and xrays -- under $100. Went in on 3/16 and the staff were professional and kind and put me at ease during both visits! My teeth feel GREAT now! I'll certainly be returning for any cleanings and dental work needed. Everyone was great and I enjoyed speaking with each staff member; everyone was kind and was interested not only in my dental health but I felt they were interested in my well-being in general. Thank you to the staff for a great experience that made me feel less nervous about going to and returning to the dentist! 5/5

I recently had my front tooth repaired by Dr. Hayley Foley and I couldn't be happier. I was worried about the color match, but she did an incredible job—you can't even tell it was chipped! The staff was friendly, and the whole process was quick and painless. Highly recommend for anyone needing cosmetic dental work!
