Smiles of Punta Gorda

I've been going to Smiles of Punta Gorda for years. I've had everything from cleanings to tooth extractions and have to say that they are very professional and kind. The office is very clean, comfortable and modern. They are not phony, like a lot of dental offices tend to be and never try to up sell or offer unnecessary work. Dr. Martin has the best touch of any dentist I've ever had and his support staff are top notch. His dental assistant, Kelly, is really friendly, professional and down to earth. Mary, my hygienist, is too and does a very thorough job with cleanings without making you sore or raw afterwards. Nancy, who goes over treatment plans with you is also very friendly, down to earth and professional. You pay for only what you have done as you go and they file your insurance for you so you can get your reimbursement. A+ all the way. I would highly recommend Smiles of Punta Gorda to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Smiles of Punta Gorda was recommended to me by a close friend. I surely owe her. After visiting 4 dentist offices in Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area and being totally disappointed with not being able to get my dental concerns addressed I now found MY dentist. Dr Martin and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I have never felt so relaxed at a dentist office. I have many issues and all were discussed with complete honesty and no pressure. I have been a patient w/Dr Martin for a long time along w/Mary for my cleanings :) I recently had a crown pop out and was taken right in the following day! So grateful I have a great dentist and hygienist here!! And exceptional staff!

had an excellent experience at this dental office! I recently had a root canal done, and I was honestly surprised by how completely pain-free the entire procedure was. Dr. Martin was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the treatment. I also want to give a special thank you to my dental assistant, Irina. She was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive from start to finish. Her reassuring attitude helped calm my nerves, and she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients and provides outstanding care, I highly recommend Dr. Martin and Irina. Thank you for making what I expected to be a stressful procedure such a smooth and positive experience!

Went to smiles Dental today. The whole staff is amazing. Patient, kind and explain everything that is going to happen ahead of time including cost. Puts you at ease and makes the whole experience very un stressful. Dentist is very nice and knowledgeable. Overall I give them a 5 out of 5.

I had a very positive experience today at Smiles of Punta Gorda. I called on Tuesday morning for an emergency appointment because my crown broke and they were kind enough to take me first thing Wednesday morning, even though I’m not a patient of theirs. Dr. Johnson was very friendly and put me at ease right away. Her and her assistant worked quickly and efficiently to gently remove my broken crown and replaced it with a temporary one for now ( I go back in 2 weeks for the permanent crown). The office is clean, modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

It’s been awhile that I forgot how good these folks are. Sara was great with helping me through X-rays. Really caring and sweet. Dr. Johnson was attentive and answered all my questions. Julia worked diligently to get my first cleaning in a bit really very thorough. All in all. A great visit.
