This place saved my life!! I was in so much pain for an entire month and I was waiting on my new insurance but I couldn’t take it anymore. After telling them how much pain I was in they got me in the same day and stayed late to pull my wisdom teeth that day. Everyone who took care of me was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. (I have anxiety around dentists and doctors offices) THANK YOU PLACERVILLE DENTAL GROUP!!!!!! Hoping my new insurance is in network with you, I will be back!

I highly recommend this dental office. The entire staff was kind, professional, and very helpful at every step of the way. I believe I saw Dr Singh. I hope I am remembering correctly because he was absolutely wonderful!! Their pricing is also fair and more reasonable compared to other offices I have visited.

They were friendly, quick and listened to me. I came in having been in agonizing pain for over a week and they had me fixed in 30 mins. Hands down my most pleasant visit to any dentist office ever.

My family has been seeing a local Placerville dentist and there were some red flags around his behavior, diagnoses and other concerns that we all shared. We came to Placerville Dental Group for a few second opinions and I’m delighted to say we found a new, highly professional dental team right here in Placerville. I can’t say enough about what a positive experience we had here - modern technology, thoughtful and proactive treatment - and dentists review every detail and support your treatment planning and care. If you have concerns about your provider - don’t settle any longer. Come see this team and be ready to be impressed.

This place unfortunately is dishonest. I really wanted to like it because they seemed nice enough. However, I had pain in my bite and after explaining my teeth history, the dentist says sometimes thats how the teeth are. I didn’t feel he really offered me any solution. Then the hygienist diagnosed me with needing srps(scaling and root planning aka deep cleaning) as well as surgery to correct pocket depth without even perio probing me. I’ve worked my whole career in dental, I’m not ignorant of the fact that the way you know how deep a persons pocket depth is, in order to diagnose whether they have srps or not, is perio probing. In fact, the insurance will not pay unless you provide that information. On top of that, they charge you a random “office visit charge” just to get more money from you and don’t tell you until you are done with your appt. HMO plans have a set cost, they are just adding a random cost on top of that. I confirmed that with my insurance company. That’s not a legit thing any office does other than to get money from you. Very financially dishonest. I went and got another opinion and of course they told me I take great care of my teeth(I’ve never had any issues with needing srps) and there’s absolutely no need for srps. They also presented me with treatment options we will try in order to try to resolve my bite issue in my teeth. Absolutely do not recommend this place

My wisdom tooth became impacted and shattered. I found this place via my insurance company website and decided to give them a try. From the get go, everyone was super nice and friendly. They were transparent and was able to extract my tooth the same day. Every step during the extraction, they kept me updated and were extra careful about my comfort level. I’m very appreciative and definitely recommend them! They will now be my new dentist office!

Despite the staff being nice, I had a horrible experience at this dentist office. I was told the price quoted to me over the phone and then confirmed when I checked in covered the exam, X-rays and a cleaning. I literally asked again before the appointment started. Every person that came in to look in my mouth I asked if they were cleaning my teeth. No one ever told me that I was not actually going to get a teeth cleaning, which is why I made this appointment. The Dr asked what I was hoping to get from the appointment and I said a teeth cleaning. Then after 3 sets of hands in my mouth and 1.5 hrs later I was told my appointment was over. No cleaning and no apology when I asked what was going on, as I literally asked everyone about a teeth cleaning. They did drop the total price, but what a waste of time. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned and I left with nothing. They also made me wait over 30 minutes before bringing me back and did not apologize. I arrived 20 minutes early to do the paperwork and the front desk person didn’t even speak to me until that time had expired. Then as I said I waited an additional 30 minutes to get seen. Overall a huge waste of time. I feel like they deceived me on purpose and I still don’t understand why.

Hands down the best experience I've had at the dentist. Staff was professional, kind, friendly, attentive, and efficient. I had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me the very next day even though it was my first appointment with them. They were amazingly flexible and I was able to get an initial x-ray, deep cleaning, fillings, and mouth guard fitting in the very same day. They are very transparent about the bill and they broke it down for me and explained everything. Incredible place. 1000% recommend!
