I have had only good experiences at this dental office! Everyone has been so nice and supportive…..from the front desk and admin staff to Amy the hygienist and Dr. Anne and her wonderful assistants!! They all make you feel so comfortable and are genuinely concerned with any issues you may have. Together they create a friendly atmosphere and work to put people at ease. I would highly recommend this office……you won’t be disappointed!!👍👍

I am a fairly new patient at Pittsford Family Dental and have only had great experiences there. The front office staff are kind and efficient. Dr. Jackie and hygienist Christine have been gentle, informative and thorough in discussing my dental health. I would recommend the practice to anyone!

Very good experience so far just got my wisdom teeth out today and could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Vella was amazing he made sure to call later this evening to check on me and the nurses were incredible. I explained my deep fear of needles and they were wonderful I didn’t even feel the IV placed they were amazing!!

I’ve been going to Pittsford Dental for 8 years and always have a positive experience. My visit was for a teeth cleaning and they came out looking great! Also learned why they could be staining more easily given the toothpaste I’m currently using. It was an informative visit!

Ive been a customer for over 10 years. They’ve been always great at what they do and how they do it. My latest experience made me write this review. I usually low on time, and I needed to have a crown done. I scheduled crown and cleaning on the same day/morning: crown at 8, and cleaning at 11. The crown was done at 10, and doctor Ann, arranged to have my cleaning done earlier, so I was out by 11am. Exceptional thoughtfulness!
