This place is great! When I first moved to Shadyside, I needed to find a new dentist, and I was lucky to discover Omni Dental Shadyside. Everyone from the front receptionist to the dentists is very kind and professional. The office is clean and has modern look, and I'm always comfortable during my visits. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

First time experience was better than I thought. Very informative and professional. This will be my permanent location. Omni Dental have definitely gained a new client. Dr. Hanlon was absolutely amazing with my 17-year-old daughter's dental case. Her situation was especially complex because she was born with congenitally missing teeth, but Dr. Hanlon created a beautiful smile that exceeded our expectations. We initially came to Dr. Hanlon for a second opinion, and from our very first visit, his professionalism, honesty, and genuine care stood out. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely confident in the treatment plan. We couldn't be happier with the results and are so grateful for the exceptional care she received. Everyone at this practice is so welcoming and nice. I always have a great experience! I had a mixup with childcare today and had to bring my three month old baby to my cleaning. I was super anxious about him not sitting still, but the receptionist and my hygienist were so sweet and helped me distract him while I got my cleaning done. I am so grateful!

Great atmosphere, receptionists are friendly, dental hygienist is nice and thorough. The dentists are quick and precise. I got a referral for orthodontic work because my case was a bit too complex for the Invisalign cases they deal with. It can be hard to get appointments without waiting at least a month or two, so definitely try not to cancel and schedule in advance.

Always love coming here, Dr. Hanlon is amazing, as well as his whole team. Every hygienist has always made my experience comfortable and pain free. The new space is great too!!
