I can’t say enough good things about this office! It’s honestly one of my favorite dentist offices I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something because I was in the military and sat in a lot of dental chairs over the years. The doctor is fantastic and the whole staff is so friendly and welcoming. If you get nervous about the dentist or have a real fear of going, this is your place. They work with you every step of the way and keep checking to make sure you’re comfortable and not in any pain at all. They made the whole thing easy for me. Highly recommend this team!

I would like to say my experience at Flat Creek Family Dentistry was spectacular, a word I rarely use. I was referred by my wife to get a second opinion when my original dentist wanted to remove my tooth due to aches and pains that lasted almost a year after a filling. I could not close my jaw or bite down fully and was getting worse by the day. Dr. Padgett at Flat Creek was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed, explained and presented me with options I never knew existed. This was a new experience for me, a dentist that’s not recommending tooth removal. She adjusted my bite and instant relief. I was also able to close my jaw fully. I was shocked, I don’t know what heaven feels like, but I am pretty sure Flat Creek Family Dentistry it’s a close second. I am staying here for good!

I had a very good experience at Flat Creek Family Dentistry. It was my first time there and Dr. Illig and her assistant Julie couldn’t have been nicer. They answered all of my questions and were very reassuring that my needs would be met. I was so happy to find a holistic dentist in the area. The only disappointing thing was that the practice does not use ozone therapy which would be so beneficial. Hopefully they will start doing that soon.

I absolutely love this practice!!! Very caring staff and Dr. Padgett always treats you as if you’re family. She goes over and beyond for her patients. Her assistant Kristin is amazing! They care and listen and makes you feel so comfortable! Highly recommend this practice!!!!!

Flat Creek Family Dentistry is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Padgett is not only extremely talented and thorough, but she is also very honest and kind. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. As a busy mom I don't come in as often as I should (and that can make me feel a little embarrassed) but that feeling goes away the minute I get in the chair. They are all very understanding and non judgemental. I trust Dr. Padgett whole heartedly, and I know that I am in good hands at Flat Creek Family Dentistry. After having less than stellar experiences with other places in the past, I did not think it was possible to feel at ease going to the dentist. This was my first visit and when I walked in the door Lindsay told me good morning and that she had checked me in already. My appointment was at 11am and Autumn, my hygienist, called me back 2 minutes early! This was a great start! Autumn was very personable and went over my dental history. After X-rays and cleaning Dr. Alvarez came in and checked everything thoroughly. She was also very personable and professional. I felt very comfortable through the entire visit, like I had been going there forever. I actually look forward to my follow up. I highly recommend Flat Creek Dentistry.
