​I had an amazing experience at Lakeshore Family Dental! The office is really clean and nice, and their customer service is truly exceptional. ​From the moment I walked in, John welcomed me and went completely above and beyond to help me out. Dr. Mark and her great assistant, Jenny, are incredibly professional, gentle, and genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to explain every detail so you feel completely comfortable. Thank you so much❤️ also for a welcome gift I appreciate it ! It's great to finally have a dental team that combines skill with kindness — highly recommend!

I've had a great experience here overall. My first visit was tougher than I expected because my nerves got the best of me. Once everyone realized I was nervous, they couldn't have been kinder. From the front desk to Dr. Linsham, his assistant Nina, and the hygienist, everyone has been patient, friendly, and understanding. During my recent exam, they explained everything they were doing as they went, which helped put me at ease. I was originally supposed to come back another day for my cleaning but they were able to fit it in right after my exam. I'm actually excited now to continue to keep up with my appointments now. I'm grateful to find a dentist I can stick with and one who is accommodating to dental anxiety. If you're someone who's anxious about dental visits or looking for a local dentist in general, I'd definitely 100% recommend this office.

10/10 service every time! The dental hygienists are always so kind and welcoming. Today I had Heather and she was so personable, she’s great! Dr. Limsam is always very gentle and efficient! Front desk staff are very professional as well.

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in I was treated as a person and not just a number. The staff was incredibly friendly, everyone was smiling and seemed honestly happy to be at work. I had the pleasure of being seen by Nina and Dr Zachary who made me feel Incredibly welcome. For the first time at the dentist I didn't feel ashamed of my teeth. Even at the end of everything when it was time to pay my bill and leave, I was met with incredible customer service by Mary. I wasn't pushed out the door in a "thanks for the money, byeee" kind of way, she actually took the time to explain the break down of everything while the whole time answering any and all questions I had. 10/10 experience from beginning to end and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to family and friends

Nina the hygienist is amazing! She took the time to explain every step, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Highly recommend her for a thorough cleaning!! This is our second time at Lake Shore Dental office, and I’ll give this office a 10plus, The office staff is very friendly, extremely clean and they all are very welcoming!
