Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery - Parkersburg

Just had wisdom teeth removed 2 days ago. Never got a knumbing shot afterwards and just got ibuprofen and I’ve still yet to even have to use the ibuprofen

My dental surgery experience was seamless. The staff was kind and compassionate. I am now experiencing a comfortable recovery. I would highly recommend Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery in Parkersburg to anyone.

We left with the assurance that my daughter's medication was called into the pharmacy. Went to the pharmacy and nothing was called in. Called Mountain State and they said it was. Tried calling Mountain State and was put on hold and transferred more times than necessary. Called the pharmacist and spoke with someone directly and they said nothing was called in. Well by this time Mountain State is closed. It is Friday and my daughter has no rx. Called the after hours service and they are telling me they can't call in a rx. I'm aware of that but they should call the doctor or nurse and make them aware so they can correct this error. I'm currently on hold for over 20 minutes now with the after hours number. I'm sure they are just trying to waste time by keeping me on hold. This is unprofessional and there should be an on staff after hours nurse or doctor available. This place packs patients in like an assembly line and obviously there isn't any professional after care. No one called to check and see how my daughter is doing. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

This was my first (Hopefully only) dental implant. I knew nothing about Mountain State Oral & Facial Surgery but that was who I chose. I was somewhat worried about the whole process. If I hope to do anything by posting this review, it is to ease the minds of anyone deciding whether to do it or not and where to go. The Team at Mountain State is so welcoming. My experience was wonderful. Special shout outs to Sami and Caitline!! Keep up the excellent work!

I had an amazing experience getting my tooth pulled. The Dr was very personable. He described everything he was going to do beforehand and made sure I wasn’t in pain. The nursing staff was very gentle also, even holding my hand when I started to get tense. I had very little pain during and after. They explained well how to take my meds and called to check on me after. I am very pleased with the care I received! I had this done at the Parkersburg location.

I was recommended to go here today to get my impacted wisdom tooth out, not only was the entire team so kind and friendly to me. The surgeon talked to me through everything that was going to happen and the risk that could happen and made sure that I was aware of everything possible that could go wrong. I was extremely happy to be able to have the decision to put to sleep as I have a huge fear of your dentist. 10 out of 10 I recommend I will be going back.i wish I could get out to sleep for my fillings all to be done at once. Thank you Sami 😊 also Dr Italian Di Prisco you are absolutely amazing. Thank you for catering to this coward.
