My wife and I took our daughter to have her first dentist appointment here because they accept my insurance. I called ahead of time to confirm they take my insurance and set up her first dental checkup with a dentist who specializes with toddler. I had to reschedule the appointment first because our daughter got sick so the new date was a month later. We took her on the weekend in the morning. We were lucky to find parking because the spots near the office is limited and was already filled up. They reminded me about my appointment by text, email and phone call. The main issue we had here was the wait. They didn't call us in until twenty minutes after our appointment time and then the dentist didn't come see our baby until ten minutes later. She just did a light brushing on her teeth and give us pointers on what to do. So it was under like five minutes. We like the dentist here, just not the wait.

The best care! I have TMJ, chipped my tooth by grinding overnight and they were able to fit me in same day (I was a new patient). The treatment coordinator went over the cost for my night guard and it was relatively cheap compared to other quotes i've gotten upwards of $800. Everyone that came to see me was open to questions and patient and kind. I'm very happy to have found this place!

When I went for my first appointment, I waited an hour past my appointment time while they took people who came after me to the point there was only one other person in the waiting room. After I went through the x-rays, I was put into a room where a dentist came in and told me I need to have my lower front teeth extracted. When I declined, she came back with I need to have one tooth removed and would need bone grafting and it would cost $900. When I declined again, they came back with you need a deep cleaning that will cost a $100/quadrant. Why do I need a deep cleaning for teeth they want to yank out of my head. During this whole ordeal, there was no talk of taking and impression for a denture after they yanked all these teeth out of my head. It was like they just wanted to yank my teeth out of my head and send me on my way on a Saturday afternoon. After rejecting their attempts to get as much money out of my wallet that they could, I once again refused their treatment plan and asked to just have my teeth cleaned which is why I was there in the first place. They refused so I left. My lower teeth are not in good condition but are no where close to needing to be extracted. My last dentist, who I saw just last year, never said I needed to have my teeth extracted. I don't see my last dentist anymore because he stopped taking my insurance. Now I have to find a dentist that doesn't see $$$ when I open my mouth. It was like going to the doctor for your annual physical, and the doctor telling you, you need to have one of your kidneys removed because it may fail one day.

I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly professional. Dr.Luonge was outstanding.. he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Marieann, who assisted with my cleaning, was just as wonderful. She was gentle, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how organized and efficient the office is. I was seen promptly, everything was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed. They truly care about their patients. Hands down to the best dental office in town. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and exceptional care!

Best experience, as far as visiting the dentist goes. I called to make an appointment because I was experiencing a really bad tooth ache. They were able to fit me in same day within the hour. Front desk staff greeted me and attended me as soon as I walked in. I was called in for x-rays within 15 minutes and called in to my room for exam shortly after. Geo and the staff treated me well considering I was in pain. I will be a permanent patient here from now on for any future dental needs.

After more than a decade of being his patient, I can confidently say he is an exceptional dental professional. His humility, skill, and genuine care make every visit comfortable. We are beyond glad he has returned to this office. His presence truly makes a difference. He also is amazing with my autism you adult

I had a great experience at Smile West. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and really took the time to make sure I understood everything about my treatment plan. Their customer service is amazing. Everyone is polite, patient, and genuinely care about providing the best service to clients. They also do a great job with taking care of the dental insurance, which made the whole process easy and stress free.
