I really don't like leaving less than great reviews, but I would like to warn those who are considering getting a crown procedure here. This was the most painful experience I have ever endured. I had a temporary crown placed on and had to take pain medication every night for three weeks. Then, the crown fell out and I had to keep going back to have that repaired. On top of everything else I was charged an additional $200 weeks after the procedure and after the dentist made sure I signed a waiver. The crown they placed on does not cover my entire tooth leaving the bottom portion exposed. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this dental office. I have already switched to a new practice with more competent professionals.

I highly recommend Oracle Family Dental. Their office is large and comfortable, their instruments/equipment are state of the art, and everyone who works there is friendly, kind, and helpful. I was treated very well at my appointment, and was given every opportunity to say whether I was uncomfortable and needed a break, or to answer or ask questions. Everyone is very professional, but never made me feel dumb for asking about something I didn't know. The appointment was quick and efficient. They are the best!

I am so grateful for Oro Family Dental, they have done a phenomenal job caring for my dental needs. I feel they go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable. Just a few more trays to go! Every interaction I have had has been truly positive. The team is incredibly kind and has a great sense of humor, which makes such a difference. My visits have felt natural and I am always at ease, this level of care really stands out. Their space is beautiful, and their uniform style is thoughtfully designed. Dr Johnson has all the latest equipment and tech. Explained what was going on but no hard sales or pressure to get things done right away. Hygienist was excellent, thorough but gentle. Staff was great! Definitely recommend OFD.

Had my first appointment yesterday and was very impressed with the service at this facility. All the personnel were friendly and made me feel like a long-time customer. I was looking to replace my retired dentist and found the perfect place.

I have just switched to this dental practice and yesterday was my first visit. Extremely happy with my entire experience. The office is bright, clean, pleasant. The front desk reception staff are polite, friendly, kind, professional and make eye contact when they are speaking to you. My hygienist, Natalie, was also all of that and in addition she was efficient and has an extremely gentle touch. She listened to me when I shared information about my dental health history and also explained the standard procedures and methods of care the office practices. Her assistant, Nye (apologies if I spelled it incorrectly), was just as I've described everyone else to be. As was the dentist I saw yesterday, Dr. Unruh. With the exception of a short delay (caused by my former dental office not having sent my records over when they were requested a month ago--many thanks to the Oracle Family Dental staff for scrambling to remedy that!), I experienced no long waits. I am a retired OBGYN RN, but began my medical career as a receptionist/scheduler/medical records manager in a busy internal medicine office. I know firsthand how important all of the things I've mentioned are to both the atmosphere/reputation of a medical office and to the patients. I felt cared for, seen, respected and included in the decisions for treatment that were discussed with me. Which is definitely not how I had been feeling at the dental office I had been going to. Thank you, Oracle Family Dental, for getting it right, and doing it right! So happy to have found you!

First visit and it was a good one. Friendly, pleasant and efficient! Very well-run and professional. I may not like what has to be done but I know I am in good hands. When I called inquiring about an appointment, I had a nice conversation and explanation. My visit was scheduled for less than two weeks away and considering I had just called another office and was told the first available was the end of next month, I was pleasantly surprised and wished I had called here first. If you have a choice, choose Oracle Family Dental. Dr. Johnson and his staff will make you feel welcome.
