One Fine Smile- Oak Park

The dentist was amazing, but unfortunately the cleaning experience wasn’t. The person doing my X-rays and cleaning seemed very inexperienced and wasn’t familiar with the process. A lot of things had to be done over and over again, which made the whole appointment take longer and feel pretty frustrating. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but I just wish there had been better supervision or someone more experienced helping out.

The entire staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. It was my first time going to the dentist in several years, and Dr. Hallie Craig immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend!

Dentist shopping need not be confusing if you choose these guys. Nothing but pros from the folks at the front desk like Kelly and. Marilyn to Dr. Mui, Talia and Avi. I've had a emergency replacement of a cracked filling, full x-rays, a cleaning and imaging. These folks are 10 of 10. They are professional polite, extremely good communicators, and overall extraordinarily accommodating. Look no further punch your ticket. I'm glad I found them and obviously they're convenient in downtown Oak Park with great hours of operation.

Had 3 teeth worked on today. The dentist did a great job. They use the latest technology which produces good looking teeth and no pain during procedures or after the novocaine has worn off.

My first visit to this dentist was outstanding. They were thorough, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly felt like I was their only patient today. I'm excited to have found a dentist I feel confident in—someone who listens and makes me feel like all of my needs will be taken care of. I left knowing that I will gladly recommend them to my family and friends.

I’m new to this practice and have only had a couple of visits so far, but I’ve been impressed since day one—even from the initial phone call to schedule my first appointment. The office staff is always friendly and professional, and the office itself is very organized and welcoming. Everyone I’ve interacted with—from the front desk to the hygienists, and assistants—has been kind and helpful. I see Dr. Nagorny, and he is fantastic! Very thorough, patient, and genuinely pleasant. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and the quality of care he provides. It’s easy to schedule appointments, and the entire experience has been great. Hands down one of the best dental practices I’ve received care from. Highly recommend!

Kind of disappointed with the service, I scheduled a dental visit because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a year. I get there and they didn’t even clean my teeth like a normal dentist would do. They took x rays and gave me a treatment plan, I didn’t even come in for that. Then the doctor complained about my jaw not opening up wide and said that it wouldn’t be a pleasant experience for when he has to complete my filings. Like who says that?? I’ve never had a dentist complain about having to struggle with my procedure because my mouth won’t open wide. Would not recommend this place at all! And please specify what you want when you schedule an appointment.
