This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental practice. Dr. Broutin and his staff made me feel so comfortable. They are definitely a 5 star team !!!

I highly recommend Dr. Hansen at Smileology! He is an honest, caring, and gentle dentist who truly takes the time to make his patients feel comfortable and well cared for. It's clear that he genuinely has his patients' best interests at heart. I also have to give a special shout-out to Emily—she is the biggest asset to the practice! Emily is sweet, funny, and always makes every visit enjoyable. She has a wonderful way of putting patients at ease and turning what can be a stressful appointment into a positive experience. The entire team is friendly and professional, and I'm grateful to have found such a great dental office. I can not recommend enough!!!

Smileology gave me the impression they would not send me away in pain no matter what, but in turn thats exactly what they did. The Dr came in 3 separate times promising he would not let me leave in pain, and we could make it work however needed. They originally quoted me $200-$300 and then insisted I did 2 extra ADDITIONAL x-rays that I did not want done or need and vocalized that, but they did them anyway, drastically raising the price to almost $700. I could not afford their high prices upfront, or in house financing. I offered to pay $400 upfront and be billed $300, yet they still refused to help me. They would not bill in house, so because I literally just bought a house I had no available credit. When offering to do their in house financing, they told me to leave in pain. I feel like a person who goes into a career field to help people that are in pain and are badly suffering, and then turn them away after reassuring them help, are there for the wrong reasons. They did call in an $8 antibiotic for me (greatly appreciated) but the tooth needed a little bit of novocaine around it, broken, and it would have come right. Make sure you have their fees covered upfront because their financing will exclude you for a fresh house or not enough active credit. Even after I asked (in tears of pain) if there was anything we could work out I was met with the response of “no sorry” as cold and rehearsed as I had ever received! I chose this place from the 5 star reviews. Don’t waist you extra money. Go see Seacrest dental of 331 in south Walton . They scheduled my appointment for the next day, apologized for my prior experience and saw me immediately for the tooth extraction. No hassle, wonderful prices. They were able to administer Novocain, dismember and pull the tooth in under an hour with the upmost professionalism and incredible bedside manor. For less than half the price of Smileology. Save yourself the extra pain, time and money.

Smileology absolutely goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible! They listen, are patient and I truly believe that their kindness and compassion are genuine! Going to the dentist is never fun, but they strive to make it less stressful!

Dr. Broutin is great! I needed my teeth repaired from a poor job that was done in Pensacola 6 years ago. He was very understanding and communicated clearly what was needed. Surgery thus far has gone very well. I am still not done yet but very satisfied with the results so far.

I actually traveled from Gulfport, Mississippi to Niceville, Florida for my dental implant procedure at Smileology—and after my experience, I would gladly do it again. If you’re considering dental implants and feeling nervous about the process, I completely understand. I had my implant surgery on March 10th, and like a lot of people, I went into it with a fair amount of anticipation and anxiety about what it might be like. I’m happy to say that almost all of those worries turned out to be completely unnecessary thanks to the incredible team at Smileology. From the very first visit, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone there genuinely treats you like family, not just another appointment on the schedule. Cazha (who I call my personal dental counselor) took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt relaxed and confident before moving forward. When I asked questions she never hesitated because she knew the answers right away. This gave me confidence knowing I was talking with experienced and knowledgeable people. Dr. Broutin is simply outstanding. His professionalism, skills (both dental and artistic), and calm approach made the entire experience far easier than I ever expected. Another thing that really impressed me was the advanced technology used during the procedure. My implant surgery was done with robotic guidance, which allows for extremely precise placement of the implants. Knowing that level of technology was involved gave me even more confidence that I was in the best possible hands. The surgery itself went smoothly, and to my surprise I experienced virtually no pain at all afterward—just a little swelling and bruising, which I expected and which is completely normal. It's only been a few days and the swelling is almost completely gone. I’m already about 90% of the way to seeing my new smile at its full potential, and even now it looks fantastic. What impressed me most was how much care and attention the entire team puts into their patients. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the people they treat. If you’re on the fence about getting dental implants, I can honestly say my experience at Smileology has been excellent. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Broutin and the entire staff for making what I thought would be a stressful process into such a positive one. My only regret is waiting so long to have this done… because I was scared. I’m not ashamed to say that because it’s true. So make your appointment today. The first step is the hardest, but after that everything becomes surprisingly easy. Join the family at Smileology and let them do all the work. Then you can just sit back and smile… pun intended! The experience I had was very professional and warm at the same time. The young lady that was getting my information was very sweet and informative about the process and prices. The Dr was also very attentive as well. They genuinely made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I wish I remembered names better than I do..... LoL
