Chapel Street Dentistry

Chapel Street Dentistry was surprisingly pleasant and efficient with scheduling and treatment. Looking for a new dentist is usually not one of my favorite things! They were quick and sensitive with scheduling in a timely manner. Treatment providers were very patient and professional. Dr Patel especially deserves an exceptional rating! He is caring and willing to listen to your concerns and flexible with his patients needs to work in my cleaning at the same time as my initial evaluation! Great start with a great place - thank you for the good beginning!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Patel. Everyone from Kathy to Liliana to Joana to Dr. Patel were extremely professional and kind to work with. Dr. Patel was thorough and took care of cementing the crowns that had fallen off. I look forward to having my entire family be seen by Dr. Patel and his staff for all our dental needs. They were also upfront about the charges and what part will be covered by the insurance.

My visit was amazing. Miss Cathy was so warm when I entered. Miss Liliana took care of me and made me feel comfortable. This office has been a breathe of fresh air, and I am proud to do my business with them in the future.

I visited Chapel Street Dentistry a while ago for dental work with Dr. Patel. His work was excellent, and he was professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. Today, I had a dental cleaning with Krista, and she did an amazing job. She was very thorough, took her time, and never made me feel rushed. She also spent time explaining the proper way to clean my teeth and shared very helpful oral hygiene tips. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to dental clinic for as long as I’m living in Newark. Highly recommended!

Dr Patel is the BEST!!! I haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS bc of my HUGE fear of pain, noises from the drill and the fact that i have a pediatric size mouth that makes it incredibly difficult and painful to work or even evaluate my teeth! Dr Patel was SO patient and gentle, kind even funny! He used pediatric equipment to evaluate my teeth and gums, same size to help keep my small mouth open. He made sure i was COMPLETELY numb assuming me that goal will be attained before we proceed!! Also, his medical assistant was such a compassionate sweetheart!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank u Dr. Patel for putting up with difficult me!!

Best dental care in Newark. Dr. Patel and the nurses will listen to you and make sure you are comfortable. Fast and quality work. By far the best experience I have every had. If you have anxiety over dental work go see Dr. Patel and the rest of the lovely people at chapel Street.

I like the staff and Dr. Patel is very nice. But in my opinion this office is all about money and not the care or concern of the patient. I needed upper and lower dentures. So he did both but the top were temporaries. I paid 2,000$ for the upper and 1,800 for the bottoms. The bottoms fit perfectly but the uppers would not fit they looked like chicklets and they were hanging. I could not wear them not one time. So I paid them 2,000 for something I couldn’t wear and you would think because of that they would give me a discount or something. They said I had to pay another 2,000 to do a new pair. Then before all this he sold me a whitening teeth package that was over 200$ that didn’t even whitened my natural teeth on the bottom. So yes I’m very disappointed. I went to Aspen dental in elkton MD paid 500$ for upper dentures and they are absolutely stunning. They had me do several visits to make sure they got everything right. Hands down I would of paid 2,000 with them first had I known. This is what they gave me now tell me would you wear these.

I always have a great experience at this office! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Cathy at the front desk is so welcoming and can answer any question you have. Krista is the absolute best hygienist on the planet. I've been going to her for years. Dr Patel is extremely professional and kind. He takes his time and explains things thoroughly so I understand. My visits are always a positive experience. It doesn't get any better than this! Thank you Dr Patel and staff-you are the absolute best! I would definitely recommend this office and give 10 stars!!

Was very please with the work I had done. Dr. Patel was very professional and very pleasant. Cathy, the front desk clerk was most helpful in regards to my insurance and appointments. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.
