Grand Dentistry of New Port Richey

Scheduled an appointment for exam and cleaning a month ago for $99. Went in and they did my X-rays and then said that I needed a deep cleaning. The financial lady came in and said that they discounted today’s visit to $79. She said the first half of my deep cleaning would be $410 and the second half would be $410. So they wouldn’t do a regular cleaning today but charged me $79 for the X-rays. I got nothing out of today’s visits except throwing $79 out the door. This is an unethical dentist office who does bare and switch technics. They provide the patient nothing for the $79 that they discounted from the $99 exam and cleaning. I highly suggest that nobody else should fall for their deceitful business practices. It wouldn’t allow me to give them zero stars but that’s what I would give them.

I’ve had a lot of work done on my teeth over the years & can’t say that I enjoy a visit to the dentist, butvas a newer patient at Grand Dentistry, I will say Dr Reta and all the staff there make it much more pleasant. My experience in the past year & a half has been good. I have no problems getting an appointment quickly & at a day & time that works for me. They listen to my anxieties and accommodate me in the ways that help me relax when I need work done, ( like keep that suction going so I don’t drown & tell me what you are doing but I don’t want to see the equipment 😂). Everyone seems to like working there & with each other. The vibe feels good & I have observed good teamwork. The staff has friendly positive attitudes. They educate me on what needs done, & possible consequences of waiting, but they don’t ‘push’ treatments or services. I really appreciate that approach of information & then the respect to make the choice for when it works for me & my budget.

I want to say thank you to the amazing team at Grand Dentistry of NPR. Dr.George Khazoum, is amazing. I was very scared through past experiences, however, Melissa helped me along the way and still is. They are my rock! I deeply appreciate everything you have done and will continue to do for me. Grand Dental is top notch dentistry from the time od calling to make an appointment, to being greeted with a friendly warm welcome upon arrival. Dr. Rita is an amazing dentist, she showed concern for my dental issue ! And the lady that cleaned my teeth was very conscientious, very gentle, and very thorough, the girl who scanned my mouth for a dental device was also very warm and professional! I really Love Grand Dental ❤️

Never in my experience have I ever enjoyed going to the dentist. These guys are highly competent and they have fun doing what they’re doing. The atmosphere in the office is really great. I’ve had too many experiences in other offices where it was like the Steve Martin character in Little shop of horrors. I look forward to going to Grand Dentistry, Even when it hurts :-)

I had an amazing experience at Grand Dentistry! From the moment I arrived for my new patient exam, I was greeted by a warm and cheerful team of smiling faces. My hygienist, Nevi, is without a doubt one of the most professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind individuals who has ever worked on my teeth. I suffer from dental anxiety, but her calm demeanor, combined with her wonderful sense of humor, immediately put me at ease. Nevi, along with Dr. Khazoum, made me feel completely confident in my decision to choose Grand Dentistry. Dr. Khazoum is professional, down-to-earth, and very easy to talk to. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured, or judged. I am delighted to report that my deep cleaning, performed by Nevi, was completely pain-free. For the first time, I am not anxious about returning for additional dental work. In fact, I am actually looking forward to seeing the friendly team at Grand Dentistry again. From the initial phone call to the evaluation, exam, scheduling, and checkout process, every step was effortless, painless, and genuinely enjoyable. I highly recommend Grand Dentistry to anyone looking for exceptional dental care delivered with kindness, professionalism, and compassion.

Coming into the front office taking special care for me then there was Kelly getting me ready for the doctor and taking x-rays she was great.Dr.Khazoum came with a big smile giving me special attention to my teeth and giving me my teeth dc. The office staff is incredibly warm and friendly! The appointment set up was such an easy process. I was called in for my cleaning after a very brief wait time (maybe 4 minutes?!). The dental hygienist was incredibly pleasant and kind! I wish I remembered her name. She took the time to answer all of my questions/concerns during my cleaning. She was highly knowledgeable. I have always had a smooth and efficient visit every time I’ve been to Grand Dentistry. I would highly recommend. Excellent, clean, and professional.
