Dr. Allen is the most thorough dentist I’ve ever been to. He explained exactly what was going on, and walked me through the next steps. It was extremely pleasant and the front desk staff was very kind as well! I highly recommend this practice.

My wife and I have been going here for about a year, and will not be going anywhere else. Dr. Allen is knowledgeable, professional, and has a good bedside manner. When I had a problem he worked to fit me in on a busy day. Coming from a place where I called the dentist “the butcher”, Dr. Allen has really helped me to calm down and get into a good dental care routine. Thank you!

Two visits to Spring Family Dental and two great experiences! First, they did an amazing job on my mom's crown and explained the process perfectly. My second visit was for a cleaning, and the hygiene crew was wonderful. Dr. Allen is straightforward, truly cares, and never pushes unnecessary procedures. This is a dental practice you can trust for minor to major dental work. Dr. Allen truly cares for his patients and puts in the work necessary for their care. He takes pride in delivering excellent care. Treatment plans are comprehensive and patient-centered. Their office staff are always happy to see patients and put effort into helping patients schedule appointments with flexibility in mind, allocate financing, and communicate treatment plans very well. I will continue to trust this practice for my dental care.

Today was my first visit to Spring Family Dental and it was a great experience (which isn't easy to say about a dental visit), but it's true. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Then I met Dr Allen who has to be the best dentist that I've ever been to. He's easy going, explains everything to your understanding, offers his recommendations, and was really, really skillful at working on my teeth that included an extraction and a filling. He had the tooth out in minutes and the filling in, in no time. I barely felt the shots given before each. He's really that good! I highly recommend Spring Family Dental and Dr. Allen!!

i never have left a bad review in my life until today, and it saddens me to do so as i love the staff here and did not expect my experience to go how it ended up going. i came in for composite bonding, just to cover a mark from braces on my front teeth, and after about an hour and 3 thousand dollars later for 4 teeth, i left unhappy. I was told the shade would lighten (it did not) and it chipped, was rough, were VERY yellow and off shade to my actual teeth and had zero tooth shape and was very rigid. I came in for a second time to try to get it thinned out, shaped up and teeth shade different, where i only got about 20 mins of fixing up to just leave with the same rigid, matte un shaped teeth. i have attached below photos after the SECOND revision what my teeth looked like. I have since had them removed by another dentist nearby, who did the service free of cost because they felt so bad, and when i called to ask for ANY type of refund, since i came back twice and my concerns were not getting met and my teeth were chipping off day by day, i was told the work was guaranteed and that’s pretty much it. no call back when i was told id get one. Now i am back to square one and 3k down the drain with no response. I usually love the staff, but this really missed the mark and I have since moved dentistries.

Dr. Allen was very professional. He assessed the problem, gave treatment options and explained everything he was going to do. Pt comfort was a priority for him. After being very well numbed up it took less than 2 minutes and the tooth was extracted. He is very experienced and good at what he does. Ashley had everything ready for him. She had the insurance processed and the out of pocket amount ready prior to the procedure. Explained the post extraction care at home. A great experience.
