i have always feared dentist appts and i never leave reviews online, but i HAVE TO SING THE PRAISES of Greenwood Local! every single person i interact with is delightful from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors!! they have eased all my fears and every appt has been so great!! highly recommend!!

I love this office! I worked in the dental field for 20 + years, so I do my research before stepping in just any door. First off, the decor is happy, not medical like that’s a bonus, they are updated in their equipment and constant changes within the field which is awesome. The staff is awesome, I see Doctor white and I love her! And crystal is the best hygienist I have ever had, and I have had a lot. Both Doctor white and crystal are very gentle, and for someone with sensitivity that is a huge plus! I recommend them to everyone! So if you are looking for a dentist office that rocks this is the place.

I switched dentists recently to find a place closer to home and I had an incredible experience at Greenwood. It was easy to park, the office is BEAUTIFUL, they took my insurance, Azure - my hygienist was kind, energetic and fun. Dr. Courtney was very sweet and gentle. They have state of the art technology to give you a real image of your teeth. And they are LGBT affirming. My previous dentist started charging an “office visit fee” outside of the cleaning covered by insurance but at Greenwood, they told me insurance covered everything and I was good to go. They advised me that a fluoride treatment was available if I wanted it but didn’t push or try to sell me anything. My previous dentist was very pushy always trying to get me to schedule additional work or purchase fancy mouthwashes or mouth-guards. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a modern office setting without the boutique pricing. The staff is super friendly, easy to talk to, and I really enjoyed my time there.

This place is awesome. I famously despise going to the dentist, and after three years of no care and some insurance changes I decided it was time. My first cleaning I was terrified because I didn’t know what to expect or if I would need a deep clean, etc. The team was so great. Everyone there is so patient, gentle, and kind. One of the things that really comforted me during my appointments was that they told me EXACTLY what they were doing every step of the way. The in depth scan of my teeth was so cool to see, they really use fancy technology here like top of the line stuff. They fitted me for retainers, filled two cavities, and shaped some mamelons off my teeth and WOW!!! What a difference. Comfort in the chair is their priority and you can really tell. They frequently check to make sure you’re numbed up and doing okay. Dr. Courtney Tischbein rocks - she gets right down to it to get you in and out of there which I appreciate as a super busy person. I had some jaw pain (TMJ, pretty normal for me) after getting work done and they squeezed me in immediately to treat me. Amazing team. If you’re anxious or worried about the dentist, this is the place to come!

I absolutely love love this place. They are so caring and they always have a smile on their face. Yesterday I went in for an emergency and they got me in and out. I called at 8am and they had me in the chair at 2pm. I highly recommend Greenwood Local Dentistry.

From Dr. Courtney to the entire staff, everyone has been friendly, professional, and welcoming. I hadn't been to a dentist in a while, but my cleaning went exceptionally well. I've also had a filling and a crown done, and both procedures were smooth and comfortable. The team made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The friendliest and professional staff I’ve ever encountered at a dental office! From the front desk to the business office every person made you feel informed and comfortable with the services you will be receiving. The dentist Dr Courtney used the latest technology to assess my oral health care needs, asked and listened to what my goals were for my health and smile and then developed a very realistic plan to enact! I went here yesterday because something was wrong with my tooth. Turns out it was broken in half. Dr Tischbein (Courtney) and the dental assistant were both very gentle and patient with me. I was shown the X-ray and told what needed to be done. One of the office staff came in and told me how much it was going to cost and I agreed to that. Then the anesthesia began. Of course, nobody likes this part but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do. I had the tooth removed. It cost less than I was quoted. I came home, alternated Advil and Tylenol every 2 hours till bedtime. Today I went back to work and life goes on. I would recommend this dental office. It's clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The dentist is professional, thorough, and sensitive.
