Staff was very friendly and professional. My hygienist did an excellent job ! She was very patient, and answered all my questions/concerns immediately. Highly recommend TLC for anyone that wants to improve their oral health. I know after my treatments are finished, will be smiling with confidence again! Thank you TLC !!! 😁

Extremely put together and professional. Best cleaning I've had in my life and they even removed a terrible stain free of charge. They were transparent when relaying my dental health and payment/insurance. Honestly couldn't ask for anything more. All employees had a wonderful attitude and the overall atmosphere was outstanding. 10/10 would recommend!

This was an awesome place. The employees were extremely friendly and caring and the Dentist was professional and very attentive. Made me very comfortable and left me knowing that would not hesitate returning to this office.

I can't recommend TLC Dental enough! Everyone is so friendly and make you feel so comfortable! My youngest daughter used to be so scared to go to the dentist and since we've been going to TLC it's no longer a fight and she looks forward to actually visiting the dentist! 😁 thank you TLC for being such an amazing facility!

I had a frustrating experience at this office and wanted to share in case it helps others. My appointment was scheduled for 6:20 PM. I arrived early, completed all paperwork by 6:19, and initially provided the wrong insurance card by mistake. When I realized the error, I gave the correct dental insurance before being taken back. Despite that, there was very little communication about coverage or cost. I was told at one point the cleaning would be over $400, but after providing the correct insurance, no one followed up to clarify whether it was accepted. I wasn’t taken back until around 7:00 PM, and after X-rays, I waited in the chair alone for about 40–45 minutes without anyone checking in or updating me. That level of waiting without communication felt very unprofessional. When I was finally seen, I received an exam and oral cancer screening, and the dentist briefly confirmed what the hygienist noted. However, I was originally scheduled for a cleaning, and no cleaning was performed, with no clear explanation given. At checkout around 8:00 PM, I was told my insurance would not cover the visit and was simply handed a statement with the cost. The interaction felt dismissive. I understand mistakes and delays happen, but better communication and transparency would have made a big difference.

Very friendly and attentive staff. They want you to feel comfortable and not feel pain. I am a newer patient and wish I would have been a patient alot sooner. They are hands down the best dental office I have ever experienced.

Friendly staff, but please be careful and watch for procedures that are performed and billed without your consent. They will claim the additional charges and procedures performed without knowledge are just “protocol”. Please ensure you have a list of what they plan to perform and charge you for prior to sitting in that chair. It may be vastly different than what you scheduled to have performed on that visit. Do better Wilson Martino and TLC.
