Dr Usmani was so gentle and he understood the anxiety I experience when having dental work done. Dr Usmani and his dental technician worked so well together with making me comfortable during the procedure. It was such a pleasurable experience!

Amazing experience! Could not speak more highly of every single staff member I met today. Especially Abby and Dr. Usmani. They took their time to answer every question and explain every detail of care. All of the staff were welcoming and kind. Office is clean and beautiful. Switching my whole family to this practice!

For a place to have so many reviews, yet such a high rating seems fishy, but for Delaware Smile Center, all it takes is one appointment to understand the ‘hype.’ Everyone here is amazing and attentive, and I frankly couldn’t recommend this place more highly to anyone seeking out a dentist or an orthodontists. The wait is practically nonexistent, and while maintaining professionalism and kindness, your appointment will be done in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone; do yourself a favor and become a patient here!

My daughter has been a patient at Delaware Smile Center since her very first tooth came in, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice. Every stage of her dental care has been handled with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Now that she’s a preteen, she’s receiving orthodontic treatment with Dr. Sophie, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Her smile is transforming beautifully, and we’re so excited with the results. What amazes me most is that my daughter genuinely loves going to the dentist. She has absolutely no fear of dental appointments, which I know is rare. Even when she needed extractions, the doctors and staff were so calm, gentle, and reassuring that they completely eased any anxiety she had. Watching them make what could have been a scary experience feel so comfortable was incredible. Their ability to keep children relaxed and confident truly speaks to the level of care and compassion they provide. The doctors are exceptionally skilled, but what really sets Delaware Smile Center apart is their gentle demeanor and the way they treat every patient with kindness and respect. I had a great experience at this office. They were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. Dr. Patel was very gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Olivia, the dental assistant, was wonderful—she answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Highly recommend!

I had a new patient appointment. Before I even arrived, I felt good about the appointment, thanks to Carly who Communicated details leading up to my appointment.😊 Everyone who assisted me was super nice and helpful. I then met “Dr.U1” 😀 and he was awesome! He Communicated with patience and in a way that helped me to understand exactly what he was talking about. And I appreciated that. Lastly, I met with the coordinator who breaks down expenses and she was amazing. I’m looking forward to going back and allowing them to service my needs. Thank you all so much.

Took my son here for an appointment with Dr. Usmani Today, My son has a Dental phobia. Dr. Usmani Actually made him feel very comfortable at his very first visit and talked him into having two extractions for his wisdom teeth and a third that was absolutely necessary. Will definitely be coming back and referring others.. In addition, the dental Assistant that accompanied him had great manners and was very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the visit. We were first timers. This is my honest opinion of the practice. Also, this was an emergency visit and we were able to be seen the same day, thankfully.

I’ve had a great experience at DSC! Everyone on the team is so welcoming and genuinely kind, which really makes a difference. I still get a little nervous when it’s time for my cleanings, but Val and Abbie always help me feel comfortable and at ease. I met with one of the coordinators, Nicole, and she was very sweet and took the time to sit with me and answer all of my questions. I’m currently seeing Dr. Sophie for ortho treatment, and she’s been doing a great job. Taylor and Kyla always keep things light and fun, and Lindsay and Yesenia are always great when it comes to scheduling my next cleaning, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s just a really friendly and caring office, and I highly recommend them!

I had a really great experience at Delaware Smile Center in Middletown. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A special shoutout to my dental hygienist, Abbie. She is fantastic—very thorough, gentle, and always takes the time to explain things and make sure you’re comfortable during the visit. She truly makes going to the dentist a much better experience. The office is clean, well organized, and they run on time, which I really appreciate.
