Middlebury Smiles front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dentist was Amazing and very Thorough. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to everyone.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Kolbig and her entire team. Every visit has been a wonderful experience from the moment I walk through the door. Jessie, the office manager, is always welcoming, organized, and goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Debbie and Ediola are amazing dental assistants—they’re kind, professional, and always make me feel comfortable throughout my appointments. Suzann is an outstanding hygienist. She’s thorough, gentle, and takes the time to make sure everything is done right while making you feel completely at ease. Dr. Kolbig is truly one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. She takes her time, pays close attention to every detail, and never makes you feel rushed. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. On top of being an exceptional dentist, she’s down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor that makes every visit enjoyable. The entire office is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. If you’re looking for a dentist who provides outstanding care with an incredible team behind her, I highly recommend Dr. Kolbig. They're fraudsters. They will perform work without communicating it to the patient and bill your insurance (who won't cover it), and stick you with the entire bill when you go to walk out. They clearly have no intention to communicate or do business professionally. All we can do is report them to the authorities for defrauding unsuspecting patients and their insurance. This organization and others like it are the reason that the medical sector need to be highly regulated and controlled by the federal government. Do not go here. You will regret it.

Dr. Kolbig is amazing! She has such a pleasant demeanor and makes me feel comfortable every time I have to visit. 10/10

Dr Lunan was our dentist for nearly 30 years until she retired. Dr Kolbig has been an excellent successor. She and her team are professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Together they make my dental visits stress free.

Treeatments are done that are not covered by insurance but you will not be made aware of that until you're checking out and until you receive a bill. Upon checking out we had to pay for a floride treatment then a few weeks later we received a bill for a "medical" screening which we were not made aware of, apparently they feel your thyroid then bill the insurance for it and when it's denied they'll bill you. This is unprofessional. I've worked for doctors for over 35 years and have always advised patients before doing anything what was and wasn't covered so that they can decline if it's not affordable for them. No one knows your situation better than you a doctor's office shouldn't be deciding if you can budget something unexpected. The staff and doctors have been nice.

Great experience! Great staff- as a new patient first time visit I was very pleased with the professionalism, very friendly, and willingness to educate and help with any issues they can. the atmosphere, aesthetics of the office were very comforting. From the walk into the front door to the walk out the overall experience was a great one.

I am very pleased with the care I receive at Middlebury Smiles! The entire staff is friendly and provide amazing care. Suzann, my hygienist is very thorough and attentive. Jessie, at the front desk, always greeted me with a smile and makes me feel warm and welcome. The office is clean and comforting. My husband also cared for by Middlebury Smiles and feels the same way. We now have our son going there and I've referred friends there who are just as happy.
