Main Street Dental

One of the best dental offices that I have been to in the area so far. Staff is great and welcoming. My treatment was extremely thorough, with everything being explained in great detail. Great office!

This is hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to! The staff are extremely personable and considerate. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The amenities are top tier! They offer massage chairs, scented face towels, complimentary cookies, etc. Emma is wonderful and very kind! Dr. Rump is the best. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Main Street Dental! The office space is warm and inviting, and the staff did a great job making me feel comfortable for my first visit. My cleaning and exam were thorough, and every step was explained to me before it happened. The massaging chairs and warm towel are a nice touch!

First of all, I have no issues with the treatment I received from Dr. Rump. What I do have issues with is the fact that they left my dental network and I didn't find out until March 17, 2026 when I received a bill for several hundred dollars. My last appointment was on 1/20/26. On 1/06/2026 I received a letter from the carrier that a dentist I had used in the last six months may no longer be in the network. On the day of my appointment I informed the "insurance person" about the letter. She told me that as far as she knew there were no changes. And because I had only been a patient for 3 months I assumed it was my previous dentist, who had retired six months earlier. There was no further communication in regards to the network until March 17. 2026, when I received a bill for several hundred dollars. I contacted the insurance company and they informed me that Mainstreet Dental had opted out of the network. I contacted the office on March 17, 2026 and March 19, 2026. Unable to get any answers from the insurance person who apparently somehow wasn't aware of the change, and not getting a resolution to the matter, I asked to speak to Dr. Rump. She was with a patient and I asked for a return call. Today is April 2, 2026 and I have yet to get any response from the office.

My partner and I love this office. Wonderful dental care and wonderful people. 10/10 recommend for routine visits and more in depth dental work.

I have always had a great experience with Mainstreet Dental! Everyone is professional and kind, explain everything very well and answer any questions. They do great work, my teeth look so different than when I started going to them. I did invisiline so I got to see them very often and never had a bad visit. Highly recommend!

I love Christina! She's so upbeat and bubbly! And I love and completely trust Dr. Rump. She has helped me have healthy teeth without horrible fear. I love her whole staff....and she gives you a cookie when you leave! The BEST in Shelby County!!!!
