I have been very grateful to Dr.Bono and the staff at Omni Dental. They are very compassionate and eager to help with my recent dental issue. They are giving me options on the best way to treat it and I appreciate everything they have done and continue to do!

The dentist appointment was at 7am. My choice. On Wednesday, they are open 7 am to 7 pm. I like having that flexible schedule. My dentist was pleasant and very gentle. She asked me if I had any questions or concerns. It was a painless procedure ( had a cavity filled). I left at 7:50. Very satisfied of the procedure and professionalism of the staff.

People usually shudder when they hear the words “root canal and a crown” at the dentist but Dr. Bono and Sheena made it as painless as possible. I felt fine mere hours after the procedure. Definitely 10/10 experience!

Dr. Hanlon and his team, especially Sheena, were incredibly kind and patient with me throughout all of my visits. I was hesitant about getting my upper teeth crowned and getting root canals done, but they walked me through the entire process step by step and made me feel at ease the whole time. They always made sure I was comfortable and even kept me entertained during my appointments. Dr. Hanlon would also check in with me a few hours after each visit to see how I was doing and make sure I wasn’t experiencing any complications. Their constant care and support made a huge difference, and I truly believe the process would have been much harder without them.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hanlon, and I cannot express how wonderful he is. His honesty, concern, professionalism, and bed side manor are just phenomenal. He doesnt skip a beat discussing treatment plans, listening to concern and giving you professional advice while still taking into consideration your concerns. 10/10, I cannot wait to go back and officially start my journey to a new smile! Everyone at the office is absolutely wonderful, cheerful, and polite. Such up beat attitudes in an atmosphere that can cause people such anxiety. The office is clean, beautifully designed and decorated, it is extremely comfortable and relaxed. If you have dental anxiety, i highly recommend Omni Dental in McMurray!

For nearly 10 years, I knew that I would eventually need permanent replacement teeth. From the beginning, I was certain that traditional dentures were not the right option for me, and I planned to pursue an All-on-X procedure with permanent dentures when the time came. After researching several providers, I chose Omni Dental and Dr. Hanlon because of the outstanding reviews and reputation of the practice. During my initial consultation, Dr. Hanlon was honest and straightforward in explaining that continuing to smoke could jeopardize the success of the procedure and make the investment less worthwhile. He not only encouraged me to quit smoking, but also helped me develop a plan and establish a realistic timeline before scheduling my treatment. I was extremely nervous about the procedure and expected it to be painful. To my surprise, the experience was far easier than I imagined. The entire process — including the extraction of all my teeth and placement of my temporary dentures — was completed in about six hours, and oral sedation was executed so perfectly that there was very minimal fatigue and no pain. Recovery was remarkable. I was eating pierogies just a few hours after the procedure, chicken by the second day, and within about five days I was back to eating normally. Dr. Hanlon even personally contacted me after I returned home to check on my recovery and provided his personal cell phone number in case I needed anything. Dr. Hanlon is truly a top-notch professional who genuinely cares about his patients and their outcomes. I would also be remiss not to mention how incredibly helpful the administrative staff was in securing 0% financing for one year, which made the process even more manageable. I am extremely grateful for the care, professionalism, and support I received throughout this entire experience.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. I am blown away by the staff, the care, and the commitment to excellence. Dr Bono has been the best dentist I’ve ever had and I feel well cared for. I am so impressed by how I am treated by the staff and everyone seems happy to work there. Their billing department is accurate, explains things clearly, and I haven’t had any unwelcome surprises. The front desk is so friendly and they have good availability for appointments. Everyone smiles! The whole organization seems organized to serve the patients first… there has to be some people behind the scenes that help it work so well and I have to thank them too. Thank you guys for being flexible with my schedule and getting me the right care in a timely manner. My mouth has never been healthier! I recommend you to everyone!
