I had such a wonderful experience, and I especially want to recognize San for her outstanding care. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. San made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, explained everything clearly, and was so gentle and attentive. Her warm personality and genuine care made the entire appointment a positive and stress-free experience. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. Thank you, San, for your exceptional care and kindness—I truly appreciate it and highly recommend this office!

Amazing visit with Dr. Silva and her team (San & Diamond)! From checking in with Kayla at the front-desk, to X-rays, and to treatment I was more than comfortable. Dr. Silva is amazing in her profession, and she treats you with the upmost care while walking you through the whole procedure! Toni, the hygienist, took care of my cleaning and was also amazingly thorough and kind. If you’re anxious or scared of dentists, I would highly recommend this office to take care of your dental needs. 10/10 to the whole office!

The dental hygienist San took excellent care of me. Shes great at her job. I was not happy that I had to pay 1480 dollars and if you are anxious or have extreme dental anxiety you need to talk about this before scheduling your procedure as they will not give you it the day of your appointment unless you are scheduled with specific dentist.

I personally had a very good experience here. Everyone was polite, personable, and professional. Dr. Ward did a fantastic job on my crown. And his staff were so sweet and helpful, particularly San, Kayla, and the other lady up front (I forget her name, sorry). I wanna say she’s been there for a while because she seemed like the most experienced. Overall, I’d highly recommend going here and will continue to, myself.

The staff at League City Smiles is amazing. They have given me the best dental experience I have ever had. I first came to them as a new patient with an emergency. They were able to get me in and treated promptly. Everyone there including the front desk, office manager, and clinical team is so warm and welcoming. If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist then this is the place to go. They are compassionate, nonjudgmental, and they also do great work. Dr. Silva is the best dentist that I’ve ever been to. She has an amazingly calming bedside manner and made me feel better about my teeth. She was honest about treatment and I never felt like she was trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Her only goal is getting and keeping your teeth healthy, it never felt like a sales pitch that some offices put you through. She explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand why each intervention in your treatment plan is needed. They make it easy to get back on track with your dental health. Cost is always a factor at any dentist, even with insurance. I found their pricing to be about average with any other place in the area. The financial manager is so kind, and goes over every cost in detail so that you know exactly what you’re paying for. She makes sure that you understand everything that you are paying for in your treatment plan and also what your insurance is and is not paying for. They do also work with you on a timeline for treatment so that you don’t have to pay everything all at once, helping you prioritize immediate interventions needed and which ones can wait a few months. They also have 0% financing plans available, which some other places don’t. I was able to get 0% for 18 months and can pay for my treatment over time with low payments and no interest. This made it so that I could proceed with treatment immediately and not have to wait. I have switched the rest of my family to league city smiles and would recommend them to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ward, Essence, and Stephanie! I needed an emergency appointment to have a crown replaced, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. My insurance was verified before my appointment, which made everything much less stressful. The doctor and staff were professional, friendly, and very informative. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. What I appreciated most was that I was only charged for the services I needed. There was no pressure to agree to additional treatments or procedures, which can be hard to find these days. I left feeling confident in the care I received and truly believe I've found my family's new dentist. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a great experience here. They are fully staffed and Dr. Ward has an amazing team. Everyone is thorough and makes sure your are comfortable. Brianna offered me a blanket if I was cold and put on some relaxing music while I waited. We are proud to say we found our new dentist office. 💜

I have been coming to League City Smiles since 2017 and I have had nothing but good experiences. Rachel and Jing and always so friendly and take very good care of me! The office is always super tidy and I will continue coming here for as long as I live in the area!

I’m new to this Dentistry and my experiences have been amazing. Dr. Silva and her team (Coi and Tea) are outstanding and very patient with anxious new patients (like me). Dr. Silva walked me through every step in simple detail and answered all my questions. This entire team made my visits feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Dr. Silva and everyone that took the time to deal with a patient like me who is not great with anything medical. Absolutely worth coming to this team.
