The staff are all very friendly and gentle. They answer any questions you may have and are patient. I highly recommend Dr. Ken and Julia. They did amazing work on my 3 boys.

Went in as new patients- Katy and the girls at the front desk were amazing! Took the time to explain things to my fiancé and I, and worked well with our complicated schedules. Would 100% recommend this office to anyone needing care .

I have a lot of friends who go here but my family had a horrible experience here. They completed procedures without numbing us and when I was venting to a friend of mine she stated they did the same thing to her. We decided this was not the office for us and we switched to a different dentist I was reviewinv our dental coverage claims and they billed our insurance for services that were never provided. Also during the months of November and December they would call me at least twice a week trying to push services on us before the end of the year. They wanted to be able to max out our insurance coverage before the end of the year. I had told them each time that we weren't home for the holidays and we werent available. Two days later I would get another call trying to book again, its like they werent listening to me when I said no . . Or they just didnt care. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

First visit went well. The staff and Dr. are nice. They have good communication and answered all my questions. They didn't rush and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen.

My experience at Premier Dental Care was so good! I had a loose crown abutment screw on an implant and Dr Karim Naguib was able to address the issue the same day. Amazing! I would highly recommend their office for anyone looking for a dentist. Thank you Dr Karim Naguib and the staff for helping me.

My first time here having a deep cleaning and Sammy took care of me. He explained in detail the how's and why's of the entire procedure. He was patient, knowledgeable and proved to know what we was doing. The pain was very minimal and the results were great. He's good at what he does simply said. Scheduled my next visit with him with the trust he established. I Highly recommend him. The entire team was also great to deal with, thank you.

Absolutely love this office! Everyone there is kind! They make it very easy and comfortable. No long waits either, you get called back within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment! They work as a team to make my visits easy. Carissa is also amazing!🙂

I love going to this dentist office at Premier because the support team is so friendly, caring, and loving. They treat me like I’m part of their extended family. The dentist here are so professional and my smile looks like a Hollywood star now. Trust them for your smile! 😃
